AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST ! Filthy place, upstairs door wouldn't lock and no hot water. Dirty laundry stuffed in kitchen cupboards. Filthy cooker so had to get takeaway when we had brought food to cook

Dodgy neighbourhood. Addressed issues with owner and they agreed to a 50% refund. Then stopped answering calls and messages. Tried via Booking.com and just got £17.99 credit when I paid £120

I would not stay here again as it was not clean and it is a very basic apartment

It was spacious

It was not clean. I have some photos of you need evidence. It was also very noisy with a night club close by playing music until 5am. The apartment is very basic indeed with no nice touches at all.

It wasn’t the cleanest property I’ve been to. The bathroom particularly didn’t look well looked after. We actually decided not to use the shower as it didn’t look the best.

Very basic oven but cooked OK. The view from the kitchen was like being in Blade Runner but got into it. A monochrome rainbow mural would suit .

Unworthy Accommodation.

The accommodation was near to work.

The streets were filthy. Rubbish in front of the main entrance. Electrical sockets were sealed with tape. Radiators had rust all over Cooker had rust No evidence of any health and safety carried out.

Maybe for one night, not for more days

Het appartement heeft veel ruimte, en de behulpzaamheid van de hist was prima. De bolier deed het niet, en er werd meteen contact op genomen en actie ondernomen, evenals een kleine compensatie (wat we nog moeten ontvangen).

Er hangen geen gordijnen aan de achterkant bij de keuken, terwijl er wel een bed in de kamer staat. Hierdoor is de ruimte altijd vroeg verlicht. Er ontbraken wat voorzieningen die wel op de foto staan zoals een comfortabele schommelstoel en muggen-net bij de balkondeuren. De tafel en stoelen op het balkon waren kapot en vies. Er is een wasmachine, maar geen droog faciliteiten zoals een waslijn of wasrek. Er staat een kledingrek, maar die valt bijna uit elkaar. Badkamer vloertegels zitten los, en er ontbreekt een spiegel. Wat het meest storend is, is de geur van de winkel ernaast De afzuig-schoorsteen loopt vlak langs het balkon waardoor je constant in een vette lucht zit. Ook maakt het veel lawaai, net als de omgeving. Voor 1 nacht ter overbrugging prima, voor een week is dit voor ons niet geschikt. We zijn een aantal nachten naar een hotel buiten Swansea gegaan.
