Magical spot to enjoy Kitzbuhel area

The property is a beautiful home with a spa-like feel. It was state-of-the-art with heated floors, etc. Very comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. We came for a family ski trip.for Christmas and it was just magical. The owner was also so kind and decorated for the holiday for us. She was very thoughtful and quick to respond with any questions. (She also speaks English which we appreciated.) We highly recommend.

Hochwertig und neuwertig ausgestattet, jedoch mit deutlichen Abstrichen bei Lage, Privatsphäre und Preis-Leistungs-Verhä

Die Unterkunft überzeugt zunächst durch ihre sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Es wurden durchweg qualitative Materialien verwendet, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und alles befindet sich in einem sehr neuwertigen, gepflegten Zustand. In dieser Hinsicht hinterlässt das Haus einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Leider hat das Haus unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Lage ist problematisch: Das Objekt liegt oberhalb der Hauptstraße, sodass man bereits ab morgens deutlich die vorbeifahrenden LKWs hört. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier enttäuscht sein. Zudem steht das Wohnhaus der Eigentümerin direkt gegenüber der Terrasse. Das ist auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich und schränkt sowohl die Privatsphäre als auch das Wohngefühl spürbar ein. Auch der Bergblick ist stark eingeschränkt, da das Haus der Eigentümerin direkt davor gebaut ist. Aus Küche und Wohnzimmer hat man daher kaum freien Ausblick. Eine Waschmaschine wäre bei einem Ferienhaus dieser Art aus unserer Sicht selbstverständlich und sollte zum Standard gehören. Die Berechnung für zusätzliche Kinder empfinden wir als unverhältnismäßig hoch. Zwar ist uns die Eigentümerin etwas entgegengekommen, dennoch bleibt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt aus unserer Sicht nicht stimmig.

Die Unterkunft war grandios, ein wunderschön neues Haus, nichts hat gefehlt!! Wir haben uns unheimlich gut gefühlt, die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit wieder und wir würden es unbedingt wiederholen und weiterempfehlen 🤗🤗🤗🤗
