Fun place not far from the airport

Clean, smart and comfortable room with terrace. L.O.V.E. hotel - I don't understand why people are freaking out when they finally realise that this is not a 'normal' hotel - don't they have eyes and a brain to understand the photos and reviews of other travellers? It's a fun place, not far from the airport (if you have your own or rented vehicle). Room service. Recommended for one night.

A mini bar and a microwave would be handy.

Sad stay!

Nothing for a 73 y.o. couple.

Did'nt like the disappointment of the location, and the purpose of the room. I did not expect a hotel room that was meant for to take a mistress to or a one night stand with a prostitute. My wife and I were completely shocked. We are seniors, Nothing I read while booking that I was booking such room for three days, Not a refrigerator to keep water cold. "Adults only" does not explain much about the stay. Disappointment from BOOKING.COM

Interesting concept for total privacy but implementation is a prison with risks in case of fire.

The concept is interesting (but the realization is awkward and possibly dangerous). Each guest have a garage underground for getting in by car connected directly to the room which is at street level. The room is wide with wide jacuzzi. However...

The staff is not speaking English and being everything via call (never seeing face to face), it makes it even more difficult. The check-in is self service. You need to ring a bell to enter the first garage entrance but if another guest is at the totem they will not let you in anyway (without explanation). Once entering you need to stop the care by the totem to type in personal info, scan id card of all guests and get you room number. Only one is available so even after checking-in if you go out by car, in order to re-enter with car to your garage/room you often have to wait outside for minutes for other guest(s) to finish check-in. After entering, it is literally like a prison: you need to contact by phone the reception every time you wish to exit, either by car or even by walking. The only exit in both cases is from the garage underground and the garage door as well as the common exit get automatically closed when you enter so you need to call to get it open (call once for garage door and another time to open common exit). In the morning I had to go out for appointment and I was unable to exit (there is a button in the garage which you guess would be to open the door but is disabled: as said you need to call reception to activate it, as I understood afterwards)... After being late for appointment I was going to call fire brigade to cut the door... however there was no coverage in garage to call out anyway... then I walked upstairs to the room and found phone to call reception (there is not one in garage if you get stuck there)... Except the door coming from garage there is another door in the room but it is closed from outside and has no handle: do not know what is on the other side; probably corridor as there is a side aperure to pass the food in case you order breakfast in morning. I wander if the evacuation in case of fire has been well considered.

The night was great.

The coktails there are amazing, always have been amazing,especially the piña colada. The cuater service is impeccable, always so polite and there to help you. The beds and showers were in really good condition, and provided with facilities such as tooth brush and toothpaste.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before to have dinner but today the food was awful, I ordered a pork sirloin with rockerfort sauce. The meat was dry and salty and the sauce was cold. The jacuzzi took +3 hours to fill up beacuse the pressure of the hot water was very low. The glass for the terrace was alsp broken.

Unique stay. If not staying with sexual motive it is a bit strange but comfortable.

It was close to a music venue. The room was large and comfortable with good shower.

It is designed for sexual liaison - so the set up Is different. You have to drive in to a parking space and enter the room from that. There is no corridor and you ask for permission to leave so the garage and exit can be opened for you.

The location is good and the hotel is good and pleasant, we only had some issues with jacuzzi that could not be fixed.

The service and the non speaking english recepcionists were a bit of issue when we were trying to solve the issue with jacuzzi.

all in all it was not a bad stay

When first arriving the room was very clean and a god atmosphere. The food was very good and not too expensive

It took a long time to check in due to no staff being around to see that we were waiting. There was no bell. It is not a hotel you go to if you wanna visit Valencia as a tourist and do sightseeing. Once you are in you should stay. Every time we went out and came back it took a long time to get back to the room. you don’t get a key card or anything. If you don’t speak fluent or at least somewhat good Spanish it’s very difficult to communicate with staff.

Había pelos en el jacuzzi, la cama solo tenía una sábana, pasamos frío, a estas alturas no tener una smart TV o algo para poder ver la televisión me parece prehistórico, que sea un hotel ‘privado’ que ofrece intimidad pero que tengas que verle la cara al camarero cuando pides cena o bebida no es normal

Acceso a la habitación se cerró la puerta en escasos segundos, tuvimos que llamar No iba el agua caliente del jacuzzi, tuvimos que llamar, reiniciaron la habitación y nos dejaron sin agua, tuvimos que llamar y lo solucionaron No había mando del TV, tuvimos que llamar por tercera vez, nos subieron un mando pero como estaba reiniciado no iba, tuvimos que llamar por cuarta vez para que nos pusiesen la TV Fuimos a bañarnos y no funcionan las burbujas del jacuzzi, ya no llamamos por fatiga… El agua de la ducha sale a 300 grados, imposible ducharse, no bajaba la temperatura aún moviendo los mandos de la ducha Muchas llamadas( cuatro y podrían haber sido más…) por lo que poca discreción con mi pareja… Una decepción de lugar

La decoración y ambientación para pasar un rato íntimo. Ubicación discreta.

Hay personas detrás de las puertas, que no se pueden abrir desde dentro; imagino que llevan y traen la restauración pero también controlan que no se haga nada raro y dan aviso en ese caso. Esto hace sentir a uno vigilado o espiado por momentos, o al menos con una presencia ajena próxima incómoda. Para salir de la habitación hay que avisar y te tiene que abrir, en ese momento la discreción no depende de ti. Había una colilla en la habitación y la terraza no se había barrido ni fregado (el jacuzzi estaba impoluto, eso sí).

Mala cena y nos arruino bastante la cena romántica que queriamos

La primera vez que fuimos hace un año,la pasamos super bien una experiencia increíble, Os pasare la foto de la primera vez que fuimos a cenar, y la de ayer que pedimos,

la segunda vez que fuimos nos decepciono mucho la cena que pedimos,pedimos pulpo con patata estaba con una presentación fea y con trozo de patatas hervida sin mas,luego pedimos también un solomillo de cerdo 15€ nos vino 3 trozos super seco y parecía que eso llevaba un buen tiempo en el congelador y nos lo sirvo sin mas Foto1 (la primera vez genial) FOTO 2y 3(Malissima cena)

Íntimo a buen precio y calidad

El lugar está bien para llegar, el precio estaba tú bien comparado con otras opciones, el personal era atento y cualquier cosa que solicitamos la cumplieron.

El sistema de entrada y salida es algo engorroso. La limpieza debería de ser mejor, dejé un pantalón en la zona del armario superior y cuando lo bajé me llevé bastante polvo. Y la conexión de smart TV tampoco la tiene.

No iba la tele ni el mando la ducha se salía el agua no tenía mucha limpieza el papel del baño estaba ya empezado y casi acabándose ponen cosas ha tu disposición gratuito como albornoces y luego no te los dan si no contratas otras cosas dice insonorizado y se escucha absolutamente todo y todos los ruidos etc.
