Hotel Loob Valencia

The room was nice, it had a hint of what if was but I wasn't expecting up to that

The system to get in and out, if I check in with the reception and have a code I should be able to use it for however valid my booking is, I keep have to almost re-check in and checkout everytime i need to enter and exit the property, and there was the language barrier, the staff tried to be accommodating at the end but it was after a lot of frustrations, also it wasn't stated a car is best enter and exit properly,
