Habitaciones Barra89

We had a lovely stay at Habitaciones Barra89 in Valencia! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for getting around the city, 40 min walking to the city center ,buses and metros right outside the building and the overall experience was very good. Great value for money and a good choice for a short stay in Valencia. We would happily recommend it! Communication with the hosts was excellent! They were friendly, helpful and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. We really appreciated their clear instructions and support throughout our stay. Thank you for making us feel welcome! 😊

It would have been nice for us to have there a little table or one more chair and maybe 2 cups !

Close to coffee shops for breakfast, walking distance to train station and to old town,

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was very good, with just a few metro stops to the city centre, which made getting around easy. The price was also quite reasonable compared with other options. The room had good air conditioning, which was especially useful, and I appreciated having a small fridge and other basic amenities available. Overall, it was a good value for money and a convenient place to stay.

The main downside was the noise. The doors are very thin, so you can hear people coming in and out and conversations from the hallway quite clearly. Also, I noticed a couple of cockroaches near the lift area, which was not very pleasant. Hopefully this can be addressed.

The climatisation.

The woman at the reception was really not nice, almost agressive. There were hair everywhere in the bed. The bathroom was dirty...We stayed 5 nights and it never looked clean. It's quite loud because everytime another person is closing or opening the door, you will hear it.
