Perfect, minimalistic room for solo traveller. Room was really well-thought. It had everything I needed for short stay. Powerful air conditioning was super important for me during hot weather. It was even supported by ceiling fan. Small fridge in the room was niece surprise. Bathroom was shared with only one other room, so it was nearly like private. Location was great, 5 mins from underground station which gives easy access to rest of the city. Also there is local supermarket round the corner and couple coffee shops within a stone's throw.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to make accommodation more obvious to find. Maybe put some sort of bigger sign? I was walking couple mins around Panaria before I realized the door next to bakery is my facility entrance.

The location was excellent. Getting to the city was very convenient by metro. There were pleasant restaurants and small shops in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well.

The pillow was very uncomfortable. The shower fixture in the bathroom was almost detached from the wall. There was a wet towel in front of the shower cabin, which appeared to have been changed only once during our stay.

The Habitaciones Barra89 accommodation is basic — but so is the price. What stands out is the ease of check-in and check-out, without unnecessary formalities, the very fast internet, and the communicative staff. The location is also good making it practical choice for a short city stay.

Services from staff was very bad, I complained that AC remote is not working but they simply ignored it and I managed my stay using fans only in spite of hot weather
