Que tuvieron la gentileza de dejar capsulas de café y agua. Tambien alguna amenitis en el baño.

Todo demasiado estrecho. Te levantas de la cama y tienes el perchero en la cabeza y por el otro lado una mesa con silla ( preferiría que ese espacio estuviera vacío). Paredes de cartón. Se escucha todo. La luz de la cama no funcionaba.

O quarto que reservei fedia a cigarro demais. Me colocaram em outro por 2 dias que era mínimo. Após isso, voltei para o meu. E quando estava tomando banho em um frio extremo de manhã, fiquei sem água quente e tive que tomar o resto frio. Passei mal e pedi para sair mais tarde no dia seguinte, e eles não tiveram a consideração comigo. Mas eu tive que entender tudo da acomodação. Péssimo. Nunca mais retorno

Die Unterkunft war echt Mega. Es war alles hochwertig und modern. Das Zimmer hatte eine super Ausstattung ( Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Gläser Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank etc. ). Das Personal war auf die Sekunde hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch perfekt. 15 Minuten zum Zentrum und der Bus direkt vor der Tür. Auch zum Fernverkehr Bahnhof sehr nah. Die Gegend war ebenfalls sehr sicher und hatte alles was man braucht. Ab jetzt immer, wenn ich in Valencia bin 👍🏻

Carino il bagno .

Appena arrivato non mi era stato dato il codice per aprire il portone ! Lavorano con intelligenza artificiale tramite whatsapp e non mi riuscivano a dare il pin per entrare . Sono stato 15 min fuori impanicato che non sapevo come entrare . Entro e trovo ragnatele sul soffitto , lenzuola sporche , capelli per terra in bagno e sulle lenzuola .. La porta del bagno nella stanza n5 non si chiude ( la porta è più grande rispetto alle mostrine ) e quindi non c’è privacy. Vi è una piccola finestra senza tenda che dalle 7:30 ti acceca . Per contattare la struttura parlerete solo tramite whatsapp e con intelligenza artificiale . Posizione scomoda in quanto si trova a 1 km dalla prima metro e 3 km dal centro . Abbiamo fatto questo errore .

- Para hacer chek in por una aplicación eso muy bien, no tiene hora límite de entrar al alojamiento. - Esta limpio. El chico de limpieza (Elvis) es amable. 12 días de nuestro estancia sólo estaba el por allí, nos ayuda el tema limpieza. - El alojamiento cerca de varias parada del autobús para desplazarse. Parada metro en unos 15-20 minutos andando. También cerca de varias cafeterías, tiendas, supermercados.

- Tuvimos problema con calefacción, les escribía y nos respondió rápido el mensaje. Pero el equipo vendrá 3 días despues de escribirles tantos. No sólo nosotras, pero el habitación vecino también pasa lo mismo. Estuvimos 3 días con mucho frio en la habitación. - 12 días de estancia no hay cambio de sabanas ni toallas. Me parece muchos días sin cambiarlo. A mi gusto cada semana, si se puede cambiarlo es mejor. Por lo menos las toallas que se ensucia rápido.

Era lo que necesitábamos en la zona a la que queríamos estar en valencia. En realidad era ideal para las intenciones que teníamos al ir a valencia. La atención por wasap era muy rápida. La habitación numero 6 era muy amplia.

La barra para colgar la ropa estaba muy cerca de la cama y al levantarse molestaba un poco. Entraba luz de la calle pero pude dormir bien, estoy hablando de la habitación numero 2.

Pulito, funzionale, non mancava niente. Vicino a fermate del pullman, in una zona molto tranquilla. Se dovete stare a València da turisti, va benissimo, soprattutto se avete abbonamento mezzi. Il proprietario ci ha fatto anche lasciare le valigie per qualche ora dopo il check out. Comunicazione solo su chat ma rispondeva sempre.

La porta del bagno non si chiude e nel bagno c’è bisogno di un po di privacy. Usavamo delle bottiglie d’acqua per tenere ferma la porta.

Geweldig! Niks op aan te merken en zeker aan te beleven.

Het was makkelijk te bereiken en te vinden. Locatie was ook relatief dicht bij het centrum en in de buurt waren meer dan voldoende gelegenheden en plekken om te eten. Daarnaast was het makkelijk geregeld om eerder dan de gebruikelijke tijd in te checken, ook nog eens zonder kosten!

Ik heb niks te klagen, alleen was het wel wat vervelend dat het water na vrij kort douchen uit de douche cabine liep, waardoor de gehele badkamer onder een plas water stond.

ITA / ENG / ESP — La seguente recensione è scritta in italiano, inglese e spagnolo. / The following review is written in Italian, English and Spanish. / La siguiente reseña está escrita en italiano, inglés y español. --- 🇮🇹 L’appartamento si trova in una posizione un po’ decentrata, ma molto comoda grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione delle Valenbisi: in circa 20 minuti si raggiungono facilmente il centro, il Bioparco e la Città delle Arti e delle Scienze, mentre con circa 40 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di Malvarrosa. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali dove fare colazione o cenare: consigliamo Liaopastel (accanto alla stazione delle Valenbisi) per la colazione, e la piazza di Jules Verne per bere qualcosa e cenare. A pochi passi è disponibile anche una lavanderia self-service. Il nostro appartamento era composto da bagno, camera da letto e piccola cucina. Era presente anche un salottino in comune con un’altra stanza. Le stanze, tutte al piano terra (sei in totale), sono spaziose, ben arredate e abbastanza pulite. Tuttavia, nel nostro appartamento abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva perché parzialmente scardinata e dal bocchettone dell’aria condizionata gocciava acqua. La temperatura interna può essere regolata, ma l’insonorizzazione promessa non corrisponde alla realtà. Il check-in è automatizzato: vengono forniti i codici per accedere alla struttura, che dispone anche di un’ampia area comune con sedie, tavoli, un bagno e uno spazio per lasciare le valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. La comunicazione con i proprietari tramite la messaggistica di Booking è stata ottima: gentili e disponibili, hanno provveduto al cambio degli asciugamani quando richiesto. La stanza non viene pulita durante il soggiorno e purtroppo non vengono forniti prodotti per la pulizia autonoma.

Vacaciones de lujo en el Forata Lofts

La ubicación muy buena , cerca de la estación de autobuses a 20 min en bus . La habitación perfecta con todo lo necesario y con baño privado y aire condicionado que en el verano es necesario.

Para el tiempo de la estancia ha estado bien , la verdad que hemos estado muy cómodas y muy a gusto . Si que hay un pequeño detalle que no nos hacía mucha gracia , es que la terraza que compartíamos con los vecinos estaba sucia ; es decir dejaban siempre vasos en vez de meterlos y guárdalos para que los demás también podamos estar fuera y disfrutar del espacio.

La limpieza y que dispone de un recibidor en el que puedes dejar el equipaje o incluso esperar hasta la hora del check in y que también puedes usar tras el check out si no tienes el vuelo pronto.

Alojamiento muy pequeño en el que se ha colocado una semi cocina que hace complicado moverse ya que apenas deja espacio libre. El aire acondicionado no era suficiente para refrescar un bajo que, aunque tenía ventana, al ser ésta muy grande y dar directamente a la calle, no nos atrevimos a dejar abierta. Pasamos un mensaje al propietario que nos respondió que el aire funcionaba perfectamente y que tenía como base 22 grados y que cuando estaba a tope alcanzaba los 19 grados. Para nada el aire alcanzaba esa temperatura.

in stanza si sente un pò di puzza di fumo/prodotti chimici per lavare. La tenda è rotta, i led sul letto fanno effetto discoteca, il bagno senza finestra e aspiratore non funzionante. Non si riesce a farsi 2 docce calde di fila, non so perché ma l'acqua calda si interrompeva ad una certa. Stanza poco insonorizzata, si sente da una stanza all'altra anche una risata.

Tiene una buena comunicación con el centro vía metro y bus.La ubicación era muy tranquila. Nos dejaron quedarnos 1 hora más de la hora de salida.

Nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme. No hay servicio mínimo de limpieza, te Dan 1 toalla por persona y nosotros estuvimos 3 noches. La TV no tiene canales y si conectas tu teléfono, te das cuenta que se conectan otras habitaciones a tu TV. El agua caliente es muy limitada. Muchas habitaciones no respetan el horario de ruido y te hacen imposible conciliar el sueño.

Das Zimmer ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist in der Unterkunft überall sehr sauber. Für uns war die Lage gut. Man wohnt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, kommt aber mit einem Uber oder Taxi schnell dahin. Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren will, hat man auf jeden Fall längere Strecken zurück zu legen (diese sind nämlich in Valencia nicht so zuverlässig bzw. nicht gut ausgebaut). Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für ein Frühstück braucht. Im Bad gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner - braucht man also nicht unbedingt mitbringen bzw. vor Ort kaufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist freundlich und kompromissbereit. Man konnte immer wen erreichen.

Ich fand es für den Preis viel zu teuer. Das Zimmer ist wahnsinnig eng und für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Wir hatten schon nur kleine Koffer und das war jedes Mal maximal nervig die da irgendwo unterzubringen. Es gibt keinen Schrank wo man was verstauen kann, nur eine Kleiderstange, die halb über dem Bett hängt, sodass die Person, die auf der Seite schläft immer schön die Jacken über sich baumeln hat. Man merkt, dass die Einrichtung recht billig ist (wenn auch immerhin mit Geschmack). Die Bettlaken sind eine Katastrophe und passen nicht genau über die Matratze, weshalb sie abrollen. Und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier mehr hätte auf jeden Fall auch nicht geschadet… Zudem könnte man ruhig mal bei längeren Aufenthalten den Gästen anbieten, dass sie die Handtücher wechseln können (oder von Anfang an mehr Handtücher bereit legen). Wir hatten die Reinigungskraft abgefangen und uns selber darum gekümmert.
