Good option to stay

A nice hostel with its own green private area. It was quiet. About 20 min to the railway station. For additional 3Euro we left our bags after ckeck out and were able to use hostel facilities (heating the meal at the kithen) while picking them up.

Great location Friendly staff The rooms were clean and comfortable and had curtains on each bed for privacy

There wasn't much I didn't like about the place except for not having busy common areas. But that could have been the bad weather or lack of guests likely being the off season.

My stay at The Venue Hostel Boutique was very good and I will book it again next year.

The location is very perfect - just 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station Joachim Sorrel and metro station. Everything is walkable distance. There’s a bar plus breakfast available and rental bikes. The room with allocated secure box for each bed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No towels were available in room for each bed. As it was my first time I didn’t bring any towels with me.

Great place!

Awesome staff and good infrastructure! Guys from the reception were very cool, Franco, the italian buddy and other people I met. Checkin was at 3 pm but I was able to store my bag and organize my stuff, and also for check out was very easy to get a taxi to the airport at 4 am with the reception. Thank you all!

Modern, clean, and friendly — a peaceful stay

The hostel felt modern and clean, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, and the common hangout area was a great spot to chill or eat. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, probably one of the best parts of the stay. Also, being close to metro and bus/train connections made moving around the city easy.

The dorm room I stayed in (4-bed) felt a bit small, but that was just my specific room. Other areas of the hostel felt more spacious and comfortable. Also, walking to the Old Town usually took around 20–30 minutes, which can add up if you're going back and forth.

Slightly further out the city than hoped for, but only a 20/30 min walk into the centre. Breakfast could’ve had more options, and there was no hair dryer or fridge in the bungalow

Good location

No fridge et no kitchen. You can't enjoy the terrace the whole night. You need to pay to store your luggage after checkout.

A scram hostel unwilling to refund

Nothing except the staff are friendly and reasonable the owner is totally a fraud I have reported this case to local authority

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and anger towards this hostel for their deceitful practices. Their blatant misrepresentation of their accommodation as a building, when it was nothing more than a wooden container rebuild, is utterly unacceptable. This misleading information not only led to my immediate departure from the premises but also forced me to rebook another hotel at short notice, incurring exorbitant charges for late check-in and transportation. The fact that this hostel has callously denied my rightful request for a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay is outrageous. I find it utterly appalling that they have shown such disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.

Perfect for a smartworker

I like the fact that this hostel offers Private Bedrooms and I loved the Bar area, an ideal place for smartworking.

We were welcomed by the owner in a very friendly and accommodating way, he allowed us to check the room before we decided to stay and kindly stored our bags until check in. Cool old Victorian building with a modern interior! We stayed in the private room, which was very comfortable, with an attached living room that gets the morning sun and a beautiful view on the sunset. To be in a busy city and enjoy a panoramic window view in a relaxed location is rare! We enjoyed the maturity of this hostel, at least on the evening we stayed, we experienced very little sound from other guests and it was nice to sit outside in the morning sun among other guests working silently. Nice staff and overall a very comfortable stay, thank you!

Lovely hostel, very close to metro

Really friendly place - super comfortable clean beds. Good sized bathroom and hot water shower. Nice enclosed garden with lights in the trees. Good basic breakfast. Nice they opened the cafe early on the Sunday for the runners staying there this weekend. Nice to have plug sockets in each bunk. Good pillow - very important. Have towels for hire which is handy.

The room was super super small. Not much room to manoeuvre. Had to take turns to pack etc. I got lucky that 2 of my nights there was only one other lovely girl in there. The room would be even better if there were any hooks to hang coats or towels

It is very clean. I enjoyed the privacy of the bathrooms as it requires a key. Also, the staff are very nice. The guy, Gonzalo, even helped me with my luggage.

The garden in front of the bar is lovely to have breakfast.

The beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was very dirty. When I arrived to my room I saw all of these clothes from the other people in the room hanging everywhere to dry. The room has no privacy

Nice room. Common areas could use some love

The rooms was nice and big, with a nice bathroom. The hostel is modern and the garden is a plus

The kitchn is quite small and basic, and not much place to eat near the kitchen since the terrace is too hot. I would have likes a common area that was airconditioned or at leat with some fans/ventilators. It was too hot in the only common area to spend more than 10 minutes

I stayed for three nights at a four people bedroom, met new people at the bar, talked to the staff.

The Venue is close to Jesus Metro station and there are a lot of bars and restaurants close by. The staff was helpful and most of them spoke sufficient english and wanted to help me learn spanish. Drinks are good and affordable and you should try a agua de Valencia cocktail.

Ok for the price

The shared bathroom was always clean, the AC works perfectly fine and accessing your room is really easy with your card.

Not a young vibe, you will find a lot of old people which is ok, I just didn’t know and wanted more like a cool vibe

Very enjoyable and comfortable, with a bed curtain a bigger locker it'd be even better.

The breakfast was always good, friendly staff and guests and a good walking distance from the city centre and plenty of metro stops.

The lockers should have been bigger and no lock was provided for them. In addition the beds did not have curtains which would have been a welcome addition.
