Very very clean and a nice smell in hall and room. Self check-in is a big thumbs up. We had 2 bottles of water in the fridge and because we arrived quite late it was perfect, so the host is really kind and careful. Quite close to Metro station

The room is very clean. It was smelling amazing and we had clean nice towels. The owner is so kind and was always on the line for questions. The bus stop is really close and u can go easy to the center. The metro is near and also the bike station. The place is in quiet neighborhood and u can get a lot of good sleep, also the bed is king size and really comfortable for two people. The apartment is the same as the photos - nice, clean and definitely worth your money.

Unexpected conveniences. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely recommend this apartment. It met all our expectations, and even exceeded them with thoughtful little touches. The room, bed, and bathroom were perfectly clean.There were plenty of clean towels, as well as complimentary toiletries like shampoo and soap. We asked for an iron, and it was waiting for us in the room when we arrived! The location is great, close to a metro station, with several markets nearby. Since we stayed during the summer, we really appreciated the new, efficient air conditioner and a small fridge with strong cooling power. But the thing that truly surprised and delighted us was the water cooler in the hallway just outside the room, complete with several spare large water jugs. This meant we had access to fresh, cold water at any time - an absolute lifesaver during the hot summer days. We never had to worry about buying bottled water or cooling it ourselves. You don’t realize how convenient that is until you experience it. And on top of that, in the same hallway, there’s an espresso machine with coffee and milk capsules, free to use, which they top up when needed. Oh, and the room also has Netflix with a signed-in account. Finally, they were kind enough to store our big suitcase after our check-out, since our flight was much later. It meant a lot to us not having to drag it around in the sun. We didn't expect any of these. It was a surprise bonus to us. It’s all these little things that really made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended! 10 🌟

Everything is brand-new Everything works as expected Fast internet (symmetric 600-Gigabit fiber, works flawlessly, 2.4/5Ghz with repeaters) Good light placement Well-organized reception process No noisy neighbours, the whole building belongs to the same owner No weird smells/rats/insects/etc. Free coffee at the shared entrance (machine with pods, one type) Clear communication with the manager, quick response time

Bright emergency light that can’t be turned off right in your face, facing the bed. I know it’s mandatory to have it but still, annoying if you’re used to sleeping in the darkness. Humidity: the bathroom has active ventilation but even with this AND an open window, towels take 12+ hours to dry in May. So, if you want to take a shower at 9 and 21, you’re getting a damp towel. Not solved by drying it outdoors either, tried this as well. Shower design: I know it may be personal, but this design promotes the whole place getting wet and see the previously mentioned humidity. A closed place would be much better, if not so fancy. It’s a trend to use this in modern hotels and apartments and it’s… just not as practical. No small stand in the shower to put your bottles. Again, aesthetics over function. Would it hurt to put a small metal or plastic thing at a reasonable hight? I know I can use the floor but it’s less convenient. Besides, there’s so much free space. Sink: inconvenient, small, gets water everywhere but looks amazing. Once again, aesthetics over function. I’ve had a similar model at home for a year, and it had all the same issues, but: in a dry climate, with proper ventilation. There, it works fine. Here, it just stays wet unless you manually dry it with a cloth. So, overall: I wish a person actually had used this place before designing it. It works, it looks good in the photos but it’s less convenient than many less fancy alternatives.

Excellent!!

Perfect place to stay in Valencia! Very clean rooms and great communication with the host. You have everything you need (coffee, tea, microwave, access to drinking water at all times, iron, restaurant recommendations, map, etc.). Excellent location (about a 30-minute walk to the city center, or a bus stop just 20 meters from the apartment). A large supermarket is just across the street. I honestly haven’t stayed in such a clean and well-kept place in a long time :)

A very high quality room in a convenient location that is close to the city centre

The only thing I could think to improve is if the instructions for check in and check out are sent in English as well as Spanish. I didn’t have access to google translate when checking in so I struggled a bit.

Pasamos un poco de frío, la bomba de calor tardó en calentar la habitación el primer día, y al remover el aire, la sensación de frío no pasó hasta bien entrado el segundo día. La televisión es adecuada en tamaño pero es muy barata, tarda en reaccionar a las órdenes del mando a distancia.

El alojamiento está en un bloque de viviendas con dos pisos reformados. La habitación era amplia con balcón pero tenía humedades en la mesilla y era un poco fría. Tenía agua, frigorífico y microondas. Estaba cerca de la estación de ave y del metro Jesús

Mi è piaciuta molto la stanza, davvero carina, si vede che hanno ristrutturato. Ottimo che ci siano le tapparelle per oscurare le finestre e la stanza sembrava molto pulita. comodissima la macchinetta del caffè fuori dalla stanza con il distributore dell' acqua

Il bagno faceva un po' odore, probabilmente un po' di risalita dello scarico, infatti tenevamo la porta chiusa. alcune parti dell'arredamento erano danneggiate. Le dimensioni non sono male ma non c'era molto spazio per mettere i vestiti, quindi va bene per pochi giorni dove devi portare pochi vestiti

Estefanía è una persona meravigliosa. Ho avuto una richiesta un po’ fuori dalle righe e non ha esitato ad accontentarmi. È stata super cordiale e disponibile. Hostal roca si raggiunge facilmente a 15 min dall’aereo porto e pur non essendoci una persona fisica per il check-in è stato tutto comodo e veloce. Stanza confortevole e pulita. All’entrata troverete un tavolino con caffè, latte e acqua sia calda che fredda, un occhio di riguardo in più.. complimenti!

Non vicinissimo al centro ma sotto casa c'è la fermata dell'autobus e a 200mt quella della metro. Appartamento pulito e non manca nulla di essenziale.

Piccole macchie di muffa visibili che con una piccola ridipinta possono essere gestite facilmente, acqua calda che nella doccia andava benissimo mentre nel lavabo del bagno usciva solo un piccolo rivoletto anche messo al massimo

Me alojé en Hostal Roca 26, en Valencia. La ubicación es bastante práctica: a solo 5 minutos caminando de la parada de metro Jesús y con un supermercado a 2 minutos, lo que facilita bastante la estancia. El hostal no cuenta con recepción, todo se gestiona a través de WhatsApp. Además, en la habitación hay un pequeño frigorífico, algo muy útil.

Sin embargo, la experiencia no fue del todo positiva. La limpieza deja bastante que desear: en el segundo día de nuestra estancia encontramos una cucaracha enorme junto con excrementos en la habitación. Al informar a la encargada, la respuesta fue que la presencia de cucarachas es algo “muy normal” en el hostal.

Tutto. Ben oltre le aspettative. La stanza 7 comoda e funzionale, la doccia un vero lusso. Anche l'area comune con a disposizione caffè, thè e acqua fresca ma anche la possibilità di cuocere cibi tramite un microonde. Molto disponibile la signora Estefania quando abbiamo richiesto la pulizia della stanza. Muchas Gracias 😉

Funcional e cómodo

Muito fácil a comunicação com a Estefanía e claras explicações sobre a localização e regras. Check-in e check-out sem problemas. O sistema de portaria é muito eficaz. A zona não sendo central, fica muito perto de estações de Metro e/ou para quem gosta ou pode, consegue ir-se a pé para todo o lado andando no máximo meia hora. Do aeroporto para o alojamento também é fácil o Metro. Correu tudo bem durante a estadia. Tem duas coisas essenciais para este tipo de alojamento e para nós (que íamos a casa só dormir basicamente) que é a cama (muito confortável) e um bom chuveiro. Têm máquina de água fresca e máquina de café à disposição e o quarto tem um mini-frigorifico. A comunicação com a Estefanía foi feita por WhatsApp, e correu sempre muito bem.

Todo perfecto

Buen lugar donde quedarse, cerca de la estación de tren a pocos minutos andando y bien comunicado con otras zonas de valencia paseando. Más allá de no tener recepción, pudimos contar con la atención necesaria en cualquier momento. Todo está muy nuevo y pensado para hacer la estancia agradable. Agua en la nevera y fuera café disponible para cuando quisieras! Además nos dejaron dejar las maletas en la habitación hasta medio día, lo que nos facilitó mucho antes de coger el tren!
