Comfortable, clean and nice hostal

The room was ok, nice staff

The room was quite big, the staff is very welcoming and available to help. We found out that the door on the balcony could not properly close and they fixed it during the day.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms in Valencia.

It appeared to me that the facility had undergone a major renovation, so everything seemed new and clean. The reception is staffed 24 hours and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom did not have shampoo or shower gel or hand soap. I normally carry those items with me. As luck would have it, I did not bring them with me. I was able to buy a small size bottle of shampoo and shower gel from a very nice grocery store that is practically next door to this building.

La habitación era amplia y luminosa, bastante limpia y bien situada con vistas a un jardín.

Te hacen una retención de 50 euros en la tarjeta que no se menciona en Booking por posibles desperfectos. La verdad es que la habitación era más espartana que una sala de espera de urgencias de un hospital público , así que no sé qué puedes llegar a estropear.

La chica de recepción que nos hico el Check-in fue muy amable y nos facilitó mucho el proceso. La facilidad de entrada y salida es un punto a favor del establecimiento. Las camas son cómodas, pese a tener almohadas bajitas.

La comunicación con el alojamiento mediante mensajes dentro de la plataforma de booking, es costoso puesto que no se explican bien en el proceso de Check-in si le pasas los datos de forma previa por whatsapp, sí o sí te toca ir en horario de 16 a 22h. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy escasa, pelos en el lavamanos del aseo de la habitación, polvo de varias semanas en zonas visibles del baño. Elementos de otros huéspedes en los armarios. Dejadez en este sentido. El desayuno es simple y suficiente, pero la calidad del café del mismo es muy deficiente, se trata de un agua con algo de color. Edredón sin funda, falta de higiene total.

Muy justito en todo, camas pequeñas e incómodas, habitaciones con calidad mejorable, desayuno bueno pero muy, muy básico, en fin que solo lo recomiendo para dormir, eso si, el personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Ubicación, pues lejos de todo pero con muchos supermercados y bares alrededor.

La posizione

Tutto. Letti scomodi, sporco, in 5 giorni mai nessuno in camera nemmeno a svuotare i cestini. Mura inesistenti, si sentiva ogni rumore dalle altre camere. Lavandini (2) otturati, doccia che spruzzava getti qua e là. Maniglia impossibile da aprire e chiudere, almeno 10 minuti per entrare o uscire dalla stanza (ma oggi al check out ho letto che le avrebbero cambiate tutte). Colazione modesta è dire poco. In camera unico terrazzo per tutte le camere quindi non si poteva tener aperta la tenda in presenza o la finestra in assenza dalla stanza.

Muy sucio y desayuno muy básico para el precio que tiene

El personal fue amable.

La habitación estaba super sucia, llena de pelusas y pelos por todas partes. El suelo del baño super sucio y lleno de pelos también. No se podía andar descalzo. El desayuno muy muy básico, únicamente pan blanco, "jamon de York", queso, huevos fritos, bacon y algo de lechuga. Ni una sola pieza de fruta y ni si quiera zumo de naranja natural, era de bote. Muy ruidoso, se escuchaba a la gente entrar y salir de las habitaciones por la noche. No vale para nada su precio, muy caro para lo que es.

Limpio,económico y trato muy amable.

La amabilidad del personal en recepción y su ayuda. Las instalaciones estaban bastante correctas, limpio, amplio, edificio en general moderno y correcto. En general estaba todo muy correcto. Además incluía un sencillo buffet hasta las 10:00h, que se agradece de cualquier manera. Estancia recomendable.

Lo único que diría que habría que mejorar son los baños, ya que de uno de los lavabos se salía el agua por el suelo al abrir el grifo y el seno no estaba bien anclado a la pared. Algunos estores podrían llegar al suelo y estar en mejor estado ya que no funcionaban del todo bien. Colchones algo justos de calidad pero no se puede pedir mucho más.

La ubicación muy bien, da a una plaza muy agradable y es una opción estupenda si vas a la Rambleta, que era nuestro caso. Se aparca en la zona sin dificultad. Pillamos una habitación de 4 con baño privado. Austera, limpia, con toallas y muy amplia, las camas pequeñas pero bastante cómodas. El baño con 2 duchas independientes (ojo, no hay gel). El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente, por el precio esperábamos un café y poco más, y había zumo (de brick, pero mucho mejor que nada), un bizcocho muy rico y pan de molde para hacer tostadas o sandwiches con jamón york, lechuga y queso. También huevos revueltos y salchichas frankfurt. Muy majos y atentos en recepción, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la habitación, solo abría con llave desde dentro, tomaron nota y por las molestias nos regalaron unas latas de cerveza fresquitas :).
