just a lovely spot, 15 mins from kotor, near to supermarket and a lovely restaurant (Marius). a few minor issues were mentioned to owners and sorted out.

Our stay in Villa Nikola was perfect. The house is very cozy and nice and it has good air conditioning. Most of our time we spent in the pool and outside kitchen area which was also amazing. The location is very beautiful, plenty of bars/restaurants and a shop in walking distance. And the host was super warm, positive and helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Large enough for our group of 10
There are spider webs everywhere in the basement and the outdoor bbq area is full of dirts and dead insects. The wifi is on and off not reliable, the washroom sinks are dirty and the coffee machine appears
Not clean at all, which we decided not to use it. The host told us we were his first customer of 2026, one would expect he should done a full cleaning before welcoming us, the Villa is the worst we had so far
