just a lovely spot, 15 mins from kotor, near to supermarket and a lovely restaurant (Marius). a few minor issues were mentioned to owners and sorted out.

Everything and more you could hope for
Our stay in Villa Nikola was perfect. The house is very cozy and nice and it has good air conditioning. Most of our time we spent in the pool and outside kitchen area which was also amazing. The location is very beautiful, plenty of bars/restaurants and a shop in walking distance. And the host was super warm, positive and helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay!

We make our own breakfast. The location is nice, just 5 minutes from the blue kotor bay and 20 minutes to the city centre by bus

The property was beautiful and well-managed! The hosts were very polite and cooperative and helped us throughout the process, they’re very friendly. They even gave us an additional day to make the payment since we were not carrying any cash. Had an amazing time there and looking forward to visiting again soon!

It is a bit far from the city and it was a bit difficult to find cafes nearby.
