We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious, comfortable and designed to a really good quality. From the towels, to the cutlery - everything was of a really high quality

Not the property - but the nearby beach wasn’t great. However there is a lovely pool at the hotel, so it didn’t matter

Superb stay with amazing comfort and service.

The hosts were exceptional and ready to meet our every need. They helped organise transport, tours, etc and were the reason we had such a memorable stay.

A hidden gem

Excellent location 1 minute walk to the beach 10 minutes to porto montenegro 1 min walk to bus stop to get you to tivat bus station where you get around montenegro. The residance decor is beutiful, the rooms have everything you need in them they are also decorated to a very high standard, the pool area also spotless pool towels also provided. The staff are extremely polite and Angela is very friendly, knowledgeable about the area all the staff in the restaurant are polite and always smiling we have had a great holiday in montenegro and would definitely book dimitris residence again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Overall we had a wonderful time and the staff who helped maintain and work at the property were really great.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were helpful at every opportunity and answered any questions me and my partner had. Location was great as it was only a short walk to the main area of Porto Montenegro and within public transport and driving distances from other locations/towns. We had a great 10 days here and recommend it highly overall.

We would have liked an option to have more food options on site at the location but we were informed that a beach bar was being built and would likely be there for future customers - a great positive to hear.

Good value

Nice and clean apartments, we enjoyed staying there. The breakfast was included which is a great bonus. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, they helped with organizing a boat tour and taxis to wherever needed.

It would be good to add the shelf in the shower for holding the shampoo etc as I had to put them on the floor

A luxurious experience that was extremely enjoyable for a very reasonable price!

The apartments are exquisite; the whole building is decorated beautifully and the attention to detail within our apartment was highly commendable. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils and felt very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy and the high tech air conditioning in all rooms ensured the apartment was cool. The pool was also lovely to be around with luxurious sun beds and umbrellas and made for a really relaxing experience. Most of all we felt the staff at Dimitris were the best; they were so welcoming and friendly giving us recommendations and answers to all our questions! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing staff! Great apartment!

Wonderful staff and this is saying a lot as we found other locals to be very unfriendly. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds.

No beach towels supplied even though there is a wonderful beach just down the path. They do supply pool towels but pool was not open, one of the reasons we book here so double check their seasonal pool opening when booking.
