Great location to stay in the bay of kotor area

The family staff were helpful as they tried their best to accommodate our request for earlier check in. We waited in their nice small restaurant while we were waiting. The villa has a great location on a hill that oversees kotor bay. It is only 5 minutes from the cable car lower station, and 15 minutes from kotor old town and from the airport by car. The property has its own free parking space. The villa is spacious and can easily fit a family or a group of friends. It has a garden and a private pool in addition to the shared pool.

We asked for privacy so we got the last villa of four but it left us with a very cold pool that doesn’t get enough sun.

Loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect- great apartment with stunning views over Kotor bay. The runway at Tivat airport was close enough to be interesting but no noise! We also enjoyed a very good pizza in the evening by the pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A great welcome.

Panoramic & Quiet view of the City.

This place is really nice, it is extremely clean, the bed clothes smell incredibly and they were really white. The staff is super nice and attentive to all the requests. Beds were comfortable and our room have a terrace where you can see the city sightseeing.

As i was travelling with my mom (70yo) it was a little bit complícate to go upstairs to the room with the lugagge , there is no elevator (so better check if there is any room available on the first floors) The wifi was intermitent during our stay and we didnt have Smart-TV and either any channel. Because of a electricity issue in the Neighbourhood the electricity was cut the the 2 days we stayed there in the morning from 8am to 13pm so everything was impacted, including the shower, the chance to charge your phone or even frying an egg, as result of this, the restaurant only offer some cold options to eat and drink. Although we have all this, i recommend this place and make sure if you want to go, to have a car as it is like 20 min away from the City.

We stayed at Villa Preciosa as a group of four friends and had the most amazing time! This place would be perfect for families or any kind of group. The location is absolutely stunning—honestly, the pictures don’t do the view justice. We were blown away by how beautiful it was. It’s really well situated, close to Kotor, Tivat, and the Kotor Cable Car, so we were able to fit in everything we wanted to do. We happened to visit over a bank holiday when most shops were closed, so we were especially grateful to discover that the hosts have a lovely on-site bar and café. The food was 10/10, and the whole place is run by a warm and welcoming family. Another nice surprise was the larger pool in the cafe area that we wasn’t aware of meaning we had a choice of pools - this was was always really quiet and always in the sun so we opted for this one. Huge shout out to Pavle, who made our stay even more memorable—he gave us brilliant recommendations, served us incredible food and drinks, and even offered us a lift to the airport when we were leaving. Thank you to Angela also for being on hand to assist at any point and arranging multiple taxi’s for us. Truly an unforgettable stay—can’t recommend it enough!

Gorgeous stay

Amazing villa not away from the airport. Andjela was an amazing host. Everything was very neat clean. She was also available at anytime. Guided us with Everything. Definitely recommend to stay at her place and make the most of montenegro. Pool was nice and clean and villa had everything you need.

Celebrating our annual

The apartments are very spacious and clean. They have a modern design with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is very refreshing and relaxing. Andjela was a fantastic host organising treats to celebrate our anniversary and taxis to get into Kotor. Would definitely stay again!

Best view of Boka bay on a quiet place

Everything here is nice. View, apartment, pool, hosts. If you want to watch a sunset by a pool, with a view of Boka bay this is the best place for that. Rooms are very clean, and with plenty of space. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant.

Generally good but needs so more thought

Nice building with private gated parking and quite a few apartments all managed by our host who lives on site and was lovely and always available. Pool area nice but not enough sun beds, apartment nice but had a few minot issues but overall a great spot with decent very clean accommodation. Great Aircon, views, balcony and really comfy bed.

A little repair here and there would be nice - Mozzi screen to patio doors fell apart. No extractor - when cooking was a problem, very few electrical sockets so not able to plug many things in especially by the bed. Lighting so bright white it felt really start and un-homely, like a surgery waiting room, TV system not working at all - luckily we had lap tops with a VPN. 4 or 5 sunbeds which for so many apartments was a problem.

Very relaxing and the views were amazing

Felt very comfortable from the minute we entered. Andjela is a great host, always ready to help and replied to all my messages quickly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. All the appliances were working great and we had everything in the kitchen to cook breakfast if we needed it. The view was amazing, quiet area and even though they were more guests staying in the property there was never a noise issue. Just to be aware that I’d recommended to hire a car if you’d like to rent this accommodation. It is much much easier to get everywhere with a car and parking is available.

lovely view and host

very clean, lovely view and swimming pool and the host is very helpful and friendly

location was a bit of an issue, difficult if you don’t have a car and there is not much nearby, no shops or restaurants or public transport options. have to rely on taxis. when we booked it mentioned ‘private pool’ with the room we selected but the pool is communal and there are only a couple of penthouse apartments with a private hot tub. I can see that booking.com has fixed that error now but this was a bit of a disappointment for us. Also booking.com didn’t mention that the host only accepts cash, please take cash with you as you cannot pay by card and there is no atm nearby.

The view was beautiful from the balcony. Amazing sunsets every evening. The host Andjela was very welcoming. Everything was very clean. Pool with a view, and good privacy.
