Villa Preciosa

A new, modern, tastefully-decorated and well-run hotel with a couple of private villas on the outskirts of Kotor. It is clear that a lot of thought, planning and investment were made by the owners who also live on site. Andjela, her husband and their local team did everything to make our stay comfortable, ranging from handling our many questions, responding to our needs and arranging taxis. The restaurant is lovely especially in the evening when the menu is more varied. It overlooks the stunning Bay of Kotor and the views at sunset are breathtaking. The standard of cleaning is very high and all the staff are accommodating and made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

The property is closed to old town, the cable car station, the airport, and the port: this is 100% convenient. The restaurant in the premises is great and views are spectacular.

The view was amazing! Rooms were decorated lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cleaner came everyday much like a hotel! Great location. 15 minute drive from Kotor and around 20 mins from Tivat when traffic is light. Pool was a good size and was beautiful. All in all not a single bad thing to say.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Although when washing up a tea towel would have been helpful to dry the pots but we managed without just fine.

The property was clean. Cleaners were in every day. The view was breathtaking
