Villa Preciosa

- Beautiful views and a really nice pool and spacious garden area. - Modern villa with 2 well-equipped bathrooms. - Close to both Tivat and Kotor.

- Mini ant infestation in a couple of rooms on the first night. Were supplied the following morning with ant spray but would’ve appreciated them sorting the problem themselves. - Workers kept walking into the garden unannounced at random points during the day. - VERY slow service at the restaurant and in general e.g. we asked for new pool towels and they took half a day to arrive. - No hooks or surfaces to put anything down anywhere. - Kitchen quite under-supplied e.g. there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets

A new, modern, tastefully-decorated and well-run hotel with a couple of private villas on the outskirts of Kotor. It is clear that a lot of thought, planning and investment were made by the owners who also live on site. Andjela, her husband and their local team did everything to make our stay comfortable, ranging from handling our many questions, responding to our needs and arranging taxis. The restaurant is lovely especially in the evening when the menu is more varied. It overlooks the stunning Bay of Kotor and the views at sunset are breathtaking. The standard of cleaning is very high and all the staff are accommodating and made us feel at home. Highly recommended.
