Good location, nice views And property is relatively new so rooms are modern if not rather utilitarian

Bathrooms grotty every time I filled up the sink with water flakes of dirt would appear from where the plug has not been cleaned properly. Shower is exactly the same with the drainage hole full of dirt and hair. With mould forming within the inside of the shower which is disappointing given the hotel is not that old. Charging Parking of £9 is a little unfair given there’s nowhere else to park and the site is way out the way so it does not compete with other Parking in the area. Certainly not worth the £9 per night.

Breakfast was as expected, the burger & fries for the evening meal was delicious 10 out of 10

The breakfast area was not to the same standard as the room. Coffee machines were awful- coffee was undrinkable

As a fairly new hotel it’s all quite clean and fresh. The bed was comfy enough, water pressure was good which is always a pain when it’s bad. Location handy close to M5, bar open late and ample parking.

Breakfast not worth the money, poor quality and limited choice. Staff training and customer service needs improving, all younger team when we checked in who needed three of them to make one drink. Following day at breakfast same situation plus an older person (maybe manager) seems disinterested in anything to do with the hotel or his team. I don’t fault the staff, I fault the likely lack of training and direction.
