Great shower 🚿 and extremely helpful staff
It’s very cold as no heating only air con units. The bed for being new was not that comfy. The walls are very thin which is not ideal when up early for work.

Easily accessible, friendly staff, modern decor.
We brought a small dog with us so stayed in a dog friendly room. Although the cleanliness of the room wasn’t good, it smelt bad of dogs prior to us. Then the bedding smelt even worse - as if it hadn’t been cleaned, a mixture of human sweat and dog. Personally was a very uncomfortable stay and got up extra early so I could leave. Paying for parking seems slightly unfair too, I believe this should be included for guests. Another thing to note is the bathroom fan stays on constantly and makes a really loud and annoying noise.

It was a suitable location to break my journey.
The room, which was clean and adequate, had no personality and looked as if they hadn’t finished decorating and if they replaced the bed with filling cabinets it would make a great office. The bathroom was modern but neither of the taps had any indication which way was hot and cold.

Lovely friendly staff. Fabulous showers in our rooms. Location was OK, just at the edge of Bridgwater, good for access to main roads. Breakfast was very good, lots of options.
The hotel felt cold in general areas, such as bar and restaurant.

The staff, the shower and bathroom
The location......the post code took us the wrong way 4 times into the industrial estate!....definitely not matching up with waze!

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent.
One of the members of staff found us the ideal car park for the carnival as we are not familiar with the area.
The decor in the bedroom area looked as if it had mold and water stains running down the walls. The decor was not what I expected.

We did not eat breakfast there and walked into town from the hotel but the pavement ended at one point which makes your walking journey become dangerous.
Check in staff member a bit stuffy.

Friendly welcome from reception, welcoming to our kids too (age 3&4).
The ladies on the bar and serving food were fab, went and printed out colouring pages for our kids to colour during our time at the restaurant.
We had two connecting rooms which worked well, both rooms clean and tidy!
Breakfast was lovely.
Super easy to check in and out, again made easy by the lady who welcomed us and checked us out.
My husband said the katsu chicken curry on the main menu in the restaurant didn't taste of much and we also thought the kids option of pizza cools have come with some cucumber or carrot sticks - don't think half a pizza should cost £6 but that's our only query really!

Good location. Arrived late in the evening and welcomed straight away by receptionist.
Good choice of English and continental breakfast- constantly being topped up by attentive staff.

Hotel nice
Terrible location, the unpainted room was unpleasant and the lighting was very poor, I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Breakfast was good, had to ask for things quite often, but the staff got on it straight away and were friendly. Location is out of town, but we knew that, not a problem if you have a car or happy to walk 30/40 mins to town. Nice bar and sofas downstairs. Good having charging points for elective cars in the carpark and hairdryer in the room handy. Liked the free cookie.
Good to be eco friendly and not clean the room unnecessarily, but replenishing toilet paper/tea etc even if you don’t clean the rooms would be good.

Room was very dark, limited lighting, felt half built, walls concrete and not painted, holes in walls which seemed to be waiting for lights to be fitted

Clean, convenient to M5.
That it is in a business/warehouse park but that’s the downside of being close to the motorway.

The lounge area
The room made a complaint,we were given another. Almost identical, told that all the rooms were the same. It was like walking into a B&Q storage room.Nothing pleasent about it at all. Will Not be staying at Any ibis ever again The only thing that was peasant was the staff and the bar and dining area...And to put the icing on the cake a stool each side of the bed was the bedside table, could not make it up must be seen to believe.

The breakfast was amazing, I was really well looked after by the woman with a Scottish (I think) accent and was even provided with a doggy bag to take away with me :)
The rooms were spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated to a modern style
The air conditioning units in rooms 106 & 107 were making cracking and popping noises throughout the night, it was a minor inconvenience but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again

Ok for what it is.
Typical bland grey interior of the room. Noisy rooms from passing traffic (Poor sound deadening), slamming doors and stupid pin card system.
