The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We asked if a taxi could be booked for a wedding we were attending and the reception staff happily ordered one for us.
We also requested an early check in, to which they accommodated.
The room interior looked liked it may have not been finished, and a disabled access room was given to us, however this did not impact our stay.

As a dog owner the location was not good for walking due to the hotel situation on.a industrial estate.

Welcoming and clean
The air conditioning unit in the room kept us awake all night it was so noisy and sounded like it was sparking so I had to get out of bed and keep
Checking it . My son is severely autistic and this made his stay extremely uncomfortable he was not happy at all .

Good adjoining family rooms
The service time in the restaurant was terrible. 1hr 20 to receive our meals and further delay waiting for desert. We were also charged for the second course of the two course meal included in the booking. I’ve been told it was refunded but haven’t seen the credit in my account yet.
There were dirty/sticky marks on the wall in one of the rooms.
The lift was broken when we were leaving so had to carry our bags downstairs.
On the plus side, beds were comfy, breakfast fine and the Portuguese guy who was working at breakfast is an asset to them.
