Lovely room, very clean
Pub was a bit noisy which is perhaps expected on a Saturday night

Bedroom was clean and there was plenty of room. A little noisy in the night.
You can sit outside in the evening.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The pub is in Burnham and when we stayed was busy with lots of people enjoying food/drinks in the garden (Fri eve/Sat). Breakfast was good - well cooked and a reasonable choice.
Expensive accommodation - we had 3 rooms (2 singles and a double) which were all more or less the same price. Rooms were very hot (especially the singles). We ate in the restaurant - evening food was very mediocre (at best).
