The owners and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet at night. It was an amazing position for early morning walks on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a good stay. Toilet seat needs looking at as it moves, kettle wasn't clean with a layer of dust on its lid, but luckily the hotel is close to cafes to get my morning cuppa.

Amazing room with a sea view. Arrival on site we were greeted by the wife one of the owners. She was very plesant and explained in detail the availability around the area. Room was nicely decorated with tea & coffee available

Very basic hotel, perhaps a little depressing. Room was very small and looked out over back buildings. Room was clean enough but it was a maze to find it and very dark and claustrophobic. I did wonder if there was a fire. Whether wed be able to get out.

On the seafront, great views and very cheap. Old building with no lift but didn’t smell old and tried to modernise with furniture and big en-suite with a great shower. Very clean, plenty of room and comfortable bed. Owner very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend. Only minor issue was not much parking, but free on esplanade after 6pm

Overall our Family Room stay was okay however had to shut the windows at night due to traffic noise and the odd drunk vomiting across the street Our ajoining rooms were very clean and practical our double was a bit small I personally feel that this hotel due to its location could and would benefit from being licenced and serving food The sea view and sunset would attract Some of the surrounding pubs were a bit intimidating with stag parties etc We enjoyed our stay we would stay there again
