It was a lovely big bedroom with en-suite - coffee, biscuits, towels in room - clean, bed comfy, downstairs bar area was nice and friendly and had a choice of different drinks and food x

I’ve stayed here many times over the years. The rooms have deteriorated, letting the staff down. Needs investment.
Location and staff.
Room was tatty, in need of refurbishment. Cups weren’t clean. Room set up (twin) looked and felt wrong, with headboards in front of radiators and a lack of useable sockets.

Run down hotel, avoid if possible
Location is central to Burnham on Sea. Handy on carnival night.
Room was run down. Light fitting only had one out of three bulbs present. TV worked but had no signal, steaming services didn't work due to poor WiFi. Mattress was poor and could feel the metal springs. Room smelt as if someone had been smoking in it. Door lock didn't feel secure.

Very over priced
Location
The toilet was dirty and smelly when we arrived, and had no toilet seat. The shower was filthy and smelled of drains. The cold tap in the basin was HOT and span round. The net curtains were too long and very dirty. The bottom drawer fell off when I tried to open it. The bed and floorboards were very noisy. There was only one bedside light. For £96 per night we expected more, no one came in to clean or refresh the towels until the third day. Overall it was disgusting.

Sorry to say Rm5 has quite a noisy bed, every turn creaked sadly, the slats may need adjusting or maybe replace with a divan base .. apart from that, everything was Great, Thankyou :)

A lovely stay marred by the truly horrendous shower,
The staff were pleasant and friendly.
The shower was dangerously hot so that neither of us was able ot use it and had to wash at the sink
