Staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient
The hotel was convenient and very well presented.
Breakfast was varied and good with alternatives for dietary requirements
Missed the bit about paying for parking at the hotel...my fault not really an issue though

Location was convenient for M5
Beds very hard, £9 for parking, staff not particularly friendly, breakfast was ok but very small plates,
