Brilliant location and the food was exceptional. All staff were very helpful and also brilliant. We loved our stay, Thank you.
We found the room very cold and didn’t know how to turn on the radiators, however, we could have asked staff. It certainly didn’t in any way affect our stay.

Staff were great, really forendly, beds were comfortable and it was a really fab location!
Unfortunately we had a few issues, ventilation in the room was poor, window was dripping, but couldn't open the window due to the noise of the beer garden below, when we went to have a shower in the morning, it didnt work. At all. There was also no one we could contact for help, in addition the cleaner must have turned up at around 830/9am and turned the music on in the pub, at what sounded like full volume! I did email them directly with my concerns but unfortunately they also failed to respond to that.
