Poor value for money at 100 a night

Nice breakfast

Bathroom no heating not even towel rail. Really cold no chest of drawers to put clothes in just basic room shower tiny,nowhere to even put soap. Young staff at breakfast not trained left asking for drinks after waiting as we were ignored. No welcome at breakfast,owners and daughter came in and had their breakfast on our last morning we spoke to them first as we got up to leave. Not welcoming 😕 p

Clean and handy for beach

Was dark when we arrived so didnt see much. Was warm snd clean. Small but adequate for night or twos stay. Good variety for breakfast. Dog friendly though we didnt take one

Security light kept turning off before we got to room, which, if you didnt know the place, made getting around in the dark difficult

The room was perfect for what we needed - there was a tv, coffee/tea facilities, a wardrobe, desk and stool and a heater that heated up fast to take the chill out of the stormy October evening. The bed (and bedding) was comfy and the bathroom was fantastic - larger than what I expected and the cleanest bathroom than any accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was in a really quiet part of Brean, with lots of onsite parking spaces and there were lovely gardens and seating areas outside the room. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were absolutely fantastic. And they are dog friendly!!! I would 100% stay there again.

Great location, helpful and pleasant staff, excellent breakfast.

Nothing really other than during gale force winds overhanging branches from nearby trees were catching the cabin roof/wall ( No 11 ) resulting in an interrupted nights sleep. Nothing a little trim wouldn't solve.

Short stay

Location

Fridge, air vent in bedroom didn't switch off making a noise through the night. As I turned in bed pillow made a sound of crinkled plastic. Didn't sleep well. Waitress with dark hair was rude as I went to put toast in toaster she pushed in front of me. No bar Disappointed as my previous visit was excellent.

Lovely location, accommodation, facilities. Far nicer set up and layout than the usual B&b accommodation! Lovely to have the opportunity to sit outside, giving another dimension to the stay that you wouldn’t normally have at a B&b! Highly recommended and would stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely little oasis in Brean

The location was great, Brean has a beautiful beach. It was a 5 minute walk away. The room was great for our family and we had a room allocated next to the playground and gardens which are beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic with excellent service and we enjoyed eating it in the sunshine in the garden.

Nice individual accommodation on quiet grounds, this is something a bit different from the average hotel stays. The fact that it's based just up from the slightly busier part of Brean is also beneficial if your enjoy your peace.

Nice relaxing break. Lovely hotel.

Breakfast was nice, it was lovely to sit and eat outside with our dog. Room was lovely and clean and modern. Great having our own patio to sit on and great idea having the grass strip to take our dog out .

The only thing I didn't like was the bed was very squeaky and not too comfortable and the fridge made a lot of noise so I had to turn it off.
