Beautiful room, exceptionally clean, with a helpful host in a quiet neighborhood

The room was comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. Roberta and her daughter were friendly and helpful. They gave us some good tips on places to visit and eat and helped with dinner reservations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the center of a small town very near Foligno and not far from Spoleto and Assisi. Our room had a couch and a terrace, so it was nice to have someplace to sit and read besides the bed.

We liked everything. Because there is no kitchen facilities or breakfast provided, it would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room and maybe some wine glasses and a corkscrew.

La proprietaria Roberta molto gentile,ci ha consigliato anche un ristorante proprio vicino casa veramente buono,ci ha fatto parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico gratuito, alla casa a piedi ci sono davvero 2 minuti, la nostra era la camera n.2 con letto matrimoniale, 2 comodini,televisore, condizionatore, armadio,bagno privato con doccia grandissima,asciugamani,bagnoschiuma e phon disponibili, letto comodo

Non è un vero e proprio difetto ma se uno va d'estate in camera non c'è il frigo e quindi non può tenere ad esempio l'acqua in fresco,nel nostro caso non c'era bisogno

La posizione era ottima per le mie necessità, ma io avevo una festa in zona e potrebbe non essere lo stesso per altri. Consigliato l'uso dell'auto per raggiungere la struttura, ma la proprietaria è molto disponibile e mi ha proposto di venirmi a prendere alla stazione, cosa per cui la ringrazio. La camera era in ottimo stato e pulita. Si è riscaldata abbastanza la notte, questi erano i primi giorni di vero freddo di quest'inverno. Un po' meno caldo il bagno la mattina
