Very nice welcome from the host owner, nice room, central location. Breakfast was very nice - I didn't have much as I'd eaten the night before - but there seemed to be lots of choice if you asked for it.

It didn't matter to me but clothes storage space in the room would have been limited for 2 people (due to the big bed)

Belinda is an excellent host, she made us delicious breakfast and gave very good locations where to eat. Location in the city center, and the room is clean, warm and cosy. Thank you Belinda!

Great place, central, nice welcome, great breakfast.

Everything. The place is spotlessly clean, the room is big (I got an upgrade to a double room for free). The toilet is big and nicely decorated. The towels were wrapped up in a ribbon, which is a nice detail. There was a small but very useful fridge in the room. The breakfast was generous and ready to order. Host was friendly. The place is a 10-15min walk from the train station. I only stayed here for a night on my way back to Tuscany, but if the opportunity comes up again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. I loved it.

Location and courtesy in Foligno

The property is located inside of the old town: main square, restaurants and shops are all within 5 mins walk. The owner is an excellent host, provides a lot of tips on restaurants and things to visit nearby. The room was immaculately clean and the breakfasts was simply perfect. Super recommended.

La struttura è davvero carina,situata in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare il centro storico di Foligno☺️i proprietari sono persone davvero squisite!la signora Belinda ci ha deliziato con le sue torte e crostate per la colazione,per non parlare delle crepe e dei buonissimi pan cake che ci faceva trovare già farciti☺️la nostra è stata un esperienza davvero meravigliosa,lo consiglio vivamente!

La habitación es muy acogedora y calida, cama muy cómoda, con una pequeña nevera disponible. El baño dentro de la habitación muy amplio, con todo lo que se necesita, incluido secador. El desayuno muy variado y rico, la anfitriona se adapta perfectamente a lo que los huéspedes necesiten. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Gracias!
