Super place, higher quality fit than your average. Comfy beds, full kitchen a great plus, excellent strong shower, awesome balcony and love love love the full-height stunning window views - they made our trip :) Cozy homely getwaway in nice modern style. Underfloor heating and superking bed very nice +cot for the little one. Location stunning, super quiet and peaceful, gorgeous views of estuary, dark starlit nights, close to Aberdyfi and Mach, in close distance of great mountains/sea/sights all round.

For our rural holiday these issues were kind of minor and didn't impair our enjoyment, but nice if they could be fixed. 1. Wifi very weak 2. dryer not working (it runs but zero drying achieved) 3. adjusting the temperature ratchets a bit difficult, couldn't find a comfy balance, seemed either a little too hot when they were on, or too cold because had to turn them off. They don't seem to be degree-based even though they say 15, 20, 25 but nor are they time based - stay on even if the place is boiling hot at 26 degrees! Dunno... 4. Superking Bed was great but pillow too soft and scrimpy, towels could be higher thread count.

A very enjoyable winter break.

The apartment was fantastic. It’s in a beautiful position. The views are incredible. Everything you need is provided. The hosts have thought of everything.

You definitely need a car to access the apartment and to get into Aberdyfi. The sofa and chair are a bit low for older people.

Kitchen utensils (sharp knives) were very blunt, and pans / frying pan were warped / poor quality with several steamers none of which fitted any of the saucepans. We were self-catering and this was the only thing that meant I haven't given the maximum score.

Total nightmare due to booking .com.hotel trying to scam another£155 from me

Very clean very comfortable the 3 piece suite is to low and the seating size is to long so it is not comfortable this would be my only criticism otherwise all 5 stars Before we left I phoned booking .com for the information on the booking and although it was all paid for a month earlier they demanded another £ 155 or they would not send details of property I was being scammed but had to pay otherwise I didn't know where the accomodation was or how to get keys .so I had to pay then I contacted the fraud squad who are looking into it ,I told booking.com I will never book with them again and they still don't have the curtesy to bother to make contact with me ,so until they provide an explanation don't book your holiday with them

Superb

We were given the wrong pin code to access the key and weren't able to phone the agency because none of our mobiles had connections. I managed to connect with my daughter who was able to contact the agency who provided the right pin number.

A beautiful apartment with a large terrace with stunning views overlooking the estuary.

Beautiful large terrace overlooking the tidal estuary with stunning views, outdoor table and chairs for four and a bbq.

For older guests the leather sofa and chair were too low but of course fine for younger people. Flooring in the bathroom needs replacing. We were warned that the road up to the property was steep and in a very bad condition. This is not an exaggeration! However we understand that the road is to be resurfaced soon.

Peaceful and luxurious apartment with a view to die for

The apartment is in a secluded (gated entry) and peaceful spot above an oak wood. Everything was super-modern, apparently since it had to be renewed after a fire: comfortable leather suite, glass-top tables (lethal if you’re careless!), well-equipped kitchen, large and comfortable bed. But the real highlight was the spectacular view of the Dyfi estuary from both living-room and bedroom, a beautiful panorama.

The little road up to the property is in awful condition: best go slowly!

Great venue

We wanted somewhere not too far for our first break after lockdown. This venue was a real find. Glorious views over the Dovey Estuary from the balcony, very comfortable, warm, great cooking facilities and very comfy beds and bedding. Rather rough track up to it, but passable. We will be heading back.

Some slight issues with plumbing which meant only one of the two showers was usable. Sure this will be sorted out when it's easier.
