Beautiful location, lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. Quiet, handy for harbour and pubs for food. It was my birthday and as I wasn't well I appreciated the calm, quiet place and gorgeous views.
Nothing.

Very clean, everything provided for a lovely stay. Stunning views, warmth, secure and private. Dog friendly.
The decking was a bit slippy due to being weathered. Nothing a quick jet wash can’t fix.

Perfect location, stunning views. Very comfortable apartment.
Shower door quite narrow, cooker hood a touch low for anyone above 5ft 9ins.

High up, about 3 miles out of town and overlooking the Dyfi estuary. Two bedrooms with comfortable living/dining area. We were able to do laundry and just relax.
WiFi is very spotty - great if you are looking to disconnect but not great if you are relying on it for any reason.

The view! Apartment size was good. Facilities were good
Large cobwebs on ceiling in kitchen & bedroom. Long trail of weeds climbing through the decking outside the patio doors. Flying ants on decking. Too many steps to the apartment. Main gate zapper not working properly

The apartment was furnished quite well and had all the kitchen facities you might need
Some minor issues, the taps in both the kitchen and bathroom are stiff and need attention, the balcony decking is in need of cleaning and overgrowing plants cutting back. The view is limited being blocked by growing trees. The towels are only bath size and would prefer bath sheets. The second bedroom had beed made up as 2 singles even though we requested a king size and the bedside cabinets still had cup marks not having been wiped properly. The lounge rug was in need of a clean. The directions to the property advised looking for a yellow house - there isn't one or we didn't find it!

Wow what a find. Very well appointed. Bed’s were so good we went home and bought new mattresses as never slept so well when away. Views breathtaking and would highly recommend.

property is self catering
the shower entry was very small so being a larger person meant that I could not use it my good lady just managed to fit through, in the b and b in Llandudno they had a shower curtain which was ideal

Another visit to this beautiful apartment and it did not disappoint. Our 3rd visit. The apartment is always exceptionally clean, has all the facilities you need, the beds are super comfy and the undefflooring heating is an added perk especially on the cold winter days and nights. Location is great. Perfect place to unwind and switch off , the views are spectacular...I'm just gutted it's always booked up for Christmas 🎄it would most definitely be the perfect Christmas getaway.. just goes to show how popular this gem 💎 is. Thank you for another perfect trip x

I loved that it was secure for the dogs, and that it was out of the way from people so we could really enjoy ourselves out of the way with no interference.
I found a few cobwebs on the walls and corners of the ceiling, and a few marks on the floor, i think these are easy enough to have a once over before guests arriving. Other than these few things we had a brilliant stay.

It was a lovely location, the road which is a topic for most negative points has been re surfaced, the apartment has excellent facilities, the WIFI is poor but we took our own hot spot and it worked fine.
nothing it was comfortable and well laid out

Superb views. Very comfortable accommodation. Well equipped.
Good for a couple or young family, but possibly too cramped for 4 adults, especially as bathroom door is in living/kitchen area. Inevitable noise from apartment upstairs.

Absolutely beautiful appartment - and an amazing location! The view is fantastic - a great balcony which goes all along the front of the appartment meant we could sit out all day, looking over the estuary. Well appointed, comfortable beds, pet friendly and lovely little well-thought out touches. Will definitely be returning!
WiFi could be improved but a minor point at best!

The view and facilities where just amazing. What a fantastic place to stay.
WiFi was pretty poor but i noticed that fibre to the premises equipment has just been installed on nearby poles, so hopefully they will take it up

The apartment was fantastic, very comfortable with everything you could need. The underfloor heating was a real bonus and we all had a great time.
Nothing really, would have been nice to have more details of walks from the apartment as we had to drive out to get to some good dog walks.

During our mid January week stay, we had cold, rain and strong winds but the apartment stayed warm, draft free and cosy throughout.

It was a very nice place, great scenery and very private.
There wasn't much to do around, everything we did find was at least a 45 minute drive.

Only a 5 minute drive into Aberdyfi
There was nothing we didn't like

really lovely location, however was a little disappointed that there were no shops close by for basic necessities.
stunning views,if your looking for a secluded break I would recommend. If you like to get out and about probably not the best location.
the layout is beautiful, with lovely furnishings and up to date decor.
road leading up to the apartment was a complete nightmare on arrival, workers were already laying the new rubble on the road which was very dangerous as the road is so steep and wet we were sliding back down.
we were told this was taking place Monday but started the day we arrived which caused them to block the entrance in and out the whole weekend.
cooker kept switching off while trying to cook which was also inconvenient.
hoover was not working, jam packed with rubbish and two broken brooms were also in the cupboard, cleaning was very questionable kitchen cupboard doors were filthy as well as cobwebs on the ceiling and dust everywhere which was a shame because it’s a beautiful apartment but in need of a good deep clean I would have happily done if we had access to.
I did see the cleaners while leaving just intrigued what they actually do,over all the biggest let down was lack of cleanliness.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. I loved the extra details and photos of the building before it was renovated that were supplied in a binder with printed out copies of walks and activities nearby.

Loved the beautiful views and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
The road leading to the cottage is awful, huge potholes and up a steep hill with no lighting. We avoided going out in the evening as didn't feel safe driving up in the dark. A welcome pack with a few essentials like milk and bread would be useful for guests arriving.

Lovely property with stunning views over the estuary- nice and quiet location. Gas barbecue was very good and there was a dishwasher and also a washer/dryer which was a bonus.
The approach to the property is a very steep hill and the road needs some work - resurfacing, got used to it but abit daunting to start with. The main road to the beach has no paths so we used the car all of the time.

Fantastic views from the apartment. Lovely touches to the accomodation.
Appalling access road, had to cut holiday short as my car was being damaged each time we went up and down the road! Wouldn't stay again until the road is fixed. Only fit to drive up the road in an off road vehicle! Very disappointed!

Location, view
The awful, dreadful acess drive surface, it is quite rediculous to expect visitors to us that road / drive twice a day without concern for their vehicle, there are some very deep recesses's and I am going to check our car's tracking as a consequence of using that drive. It needs to be addressed! I won't return because of it.

Beautiful views from the large windows and balcony, well-equipped kitchen, good lighting in every room (both ceiling and soft floor/table lights) that make a nice atmosphere, comfortable lounge and dining area with beautiful views, the owners are lovely people.
The beds are on the softer side (but it is a personal preference), you need to take it very slow on the slip road to the property as it is full of holes (the property owners don't own the road, but are doing what they can to make sure the road will be fixed), Cleaning could be better (the owners were very open to hear about what needs to be improved, so I'm sure this will get sorted)

Brilliant apartment everything you need to make it a comfortable and relaxing break. Great views and beds very comfortable.
A little remote, and the road leading to the property rather steep and quite a few pot holes.

lovely and spacious , not far to drive to local beach
constant noise like a hoover sound maybe from property below in the trees when sat on the balcony , have to drive everywhere too no footpaths to walk on
