It’s location and very much a home from home

The directions were also unclear. We initially followed the location provided on Booking.com, which took us to a different place. We then used the postcode provided in the owner's message, which took us to the caravan park, but we were unable to find our caravan and had to ask for directions. The following morning, we discovered that the gate we had entered through was closed, while reception was also closed. As a result, we almost missed our planned trip to Snowdon and had to find another exit from the park ourselves. This information was not provided by the owner, and the situation caused us considerable stress. Although the caravan appeared clean at first glance, we later found a child's underwear left behind inside. This was concerning and made us question how thoroughly the caravan had been cleaned after the previous guests. Overall, the lack of clear check-in and access information, unclear directions, and concerns about the cleaning significantly affected our experience.
