Horrible

Hopeless place. The walls were full of killed mosquitoes, and in the night we realised why. We could not sleep for a minute. We searched of anti-mosquito liquid: two of them, dirty, closed in a drawer and of course empty. Plugs dont work, lights dont work, the desk is not stable, 0 equipment for breakfast. Service also very low: first they spam you with the same emails again and again (even after you do what they ask for) and as soon as you pay the tax, they disappear and do not respond to any complaints. What a waste of money.

It was a fine stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very much a grandma vibe.

The shower head was in the middle of the tub? Strange placement. Again, very out of date. Fine stay, just overall odd.

The host simply did not give me a receipt about the full payment. Only the third of it. Very unfriendly person anyway.

Passable

Absolute quiet, close to a fishery which Is a much desired thing in *Venice* when One Is cooking for oneself. The apartment is also very bright, has good light in other words pouring in from big large windows. It was very clean as well and the bedsheets didn't smell like cleaning products or irritate me in anyway.

I didn't like the gauze blinds in the bedroom which the artificial light from the surrounding buildings would absolutely suffuse during night... Considering the fact that It Is utterly impossible to sleep in such a situation I had hung an old carpet over the curtain rung which was you couldn't reach without stretching even from a chair and with my abive average height. This meant of course that the light at night was blocked from entering the room and disturbing my sleep but of course I had to part with the regretted pleasure and habit of not being alle to reveal light in the morning at the beginning of the day or even during the day very important... Would be Better if It was equipped with some dish towels rather than just paper towels which Is not an equivalent and considerably more wasteful. Although the kitchen was well equipped but plastic handled utensils disgust me. (How about a cheese-grater?). It has an old heater loudly coughing out insufferable heat—supposedly continually since the thermostat has a sign that May Need to be revised "DO NOT TOUCH!", Needless to Say I touched It and kept It off my whole stay which I will not complain about (at least there Is a thermostat I can controll even if I'm "not allowed" in view of the design of modern thermostats). Bathroom was very comfortable (9/10) except the shower head was hard to jeep fixed in place (It was One of those windy hosed ones). That's all that I can say of importance. I hope that the owners will be able to heed these comments especially that concerning the big window, but maybe there are so many people coming in to Venice and so few rooms to hold them that they'll be sure to cut a good profit even without making any trouble about their service...

Gross-lieblos-nicht Gäste freundlich

Das Apartment ist sehr groß hat sehr schöne Fenster. Ich würde das Apartment dennoch nicht empfehlen. Kurz gesagt lieblos und heruntergekommen. Im Apartment sind viele Dinge kaputt, im Badezimmer fehlen Fliesen und die Wände sind verkalkt. Die Matratze hat einen seltsamen Geruch. Dadurch dass es keine Fliegengitter gibt ist man nachts mit Mücken geplagt. Und wer sich auf ein heißes Bad freut, es gab nicht mal einen Abflussstöpsel. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

La Giudecca toujours aussi exaltante... Un appartement qui sera parfait une fois rafraîchi...

Loger à la Giudecca à Venise est toujours le meilleur choix qu'on puisse faire. Le lieu reste toujours à l'écart des principaux flots touristiques et donc d'un calme vraiment appréciable surtout quand on pense que l'île offre les vues les plus admirables sur la ville. À la Giudecca, l'énorme ensemble du Mulino Stucky (dont la moitié est occupée par l'hôtel Hilton) offre l'avantage d'un confort moderne.

Pour le coup, l'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement certain et par rapport à d'autres logements que j'ai pu habiter dans le même ensemble, celui là laissait un peu à désirer sur certains points de détail (porte de placard décrochée, équipement un peu limité ou en état vraiment usé : cafetière sans anse, pas de machine à café, machine à laver hors d'usage...). Il ne faudrait pas grand chose, mais au prix proposé, ça serait une bonne chose de faire cet effort...
