Situation géographique sur le Zattere juste en face de la Fermata San Basilio, confort, équipements, décor de bon goût, grandes fenêtres avec moustiquaires, on a adoré. Et surtout nos hôtes très sympathiques !
Le restaurateur à côté respecte le calme et coupe ses légumes en sifflotant, c'est chouette.
La vue sur la cour est triste et l'appartement est sombre. Le point positif, en été pas besoin d'air conditionné, mais l'hiver cela doit être un peu moins drôle.

It was situated right on the canal
Property requires either a fan or air-conditioning
Wen trying to adjust the TV to English I was told by management it can’t be done and yet the issue or problem was the remote didn’t work
Trying to wash clothes and dry them was an issue as the heating rack for the clothes was in the bathroom making it not an ideal place for drying apart from that. The drying rack did not work and I would not come and fix it.
