About this apartment rental
Completely renovated, very quiet, every comfort well-kept furnishings discounted rates in relation to the length of the stay It has a small private garden where you can dine outdoors during the summer. The living room has a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and another convertible sofa in a single bed for a third person. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe closet. Very quiet is located near Campo Santa Margherita (animated by a morning market and by bars and restaurants) and near Zattere (where it is possible to take the most beautiful walk in the city along the Giudecca canal until in front of Piazza S.Marco)A few minutes away are the Gallerie dell'Accademia and the Peggy Gugghenaim Museum .Check in from 15:00. This property is even better than the pictures. It is a lovely place. The garden is beautiful. Lucia explained everything clearly.

Walking into this apartment was like a breath of fresh air. It is not in the busy center of Venice near the train station and crowds, but is a very easy walk to the bus station even with luggage. Porters () and water taxis () are available for the longer distance and the many stairs to the train station. If you want to retreat from the crowds and high tourist energy of Venice and enjoy the quiet of a true neighborhood this is the place. We started and ended our three week trip in Venice, this was the perfect place to stay on the back end. The garden was a true gem. It is further away from the Duoma and St Mark’s Square so if you have only a few short days you may want to be closer to the train station. (Why? Because the short walk is complicated by steps and bridges over canals with luggage). But, with more time and short walks to the train station (easy without luggage) do yourself a favor and stay here.

I had a great time at this delightful garden apartment. The garden area was a green oasis to relax in after walking the crowded calles of Venice. The apartment was very clean and decorated well, casual but with personality and comfortable. It was quiet at night; the bed was good. The location was excellent. Although near the far side away from the Grand Canal, it was close to everything including the Zattere which I loved. There were very few tourists in the neighborhood and I was able to walk in quiet throughout the area. Although a quiet neighborhood, there was a large grocery store nearby, plus other stores; it was also close to local cafés and restaurants. Note when vacating the apartment I walked with my luggage to the Basilio vaporetto stop with only one set of stairs and went directly to the train station on the No. 2 line.

Friendly welcome - great location - quiet but close to attractions. Super kitchen - very clean throughout. Sweet garden a bonus!
