Beautiful location in quiet neighborhood of Venice

Very nice apartment in a quiet area if you don't mind hopping on and off the vaporetto to get there

Roomy apartment with very well equipped kitchen - The Giudecca island is a quiet and pleasant area where real Italians live, in contrast to the busy main island. There is a "Minimarket Coop" 10 minutes walk away. You get to the island using the public transportation system of "vaporetto" boats - Lines 2 and 4.1, 4.2 - It takes some getting used to so it's a good idea to study https://www.venice.nu/maps/vaporetto-map/ ahead of time - You can also hire a private taxi on water (expensive). -

Two days in Venice at the end of a road trip through the Balkans.

Cosy and comfortable, good view. Takes a bit of effort to get to as is on Guidecca island, but it is away from the crowds and a bit different.

Sofa/living area was a strange lay out, with the tv in the bedroom instead. Could do with a bit of paint in places.

Quiet location within easy reach of towncentre

Bathroom outdated, no screens at windows so not possible to have the windows open. This made the sppartment very stuffy.

Very good

This is a lovely quiet property right next to the Hilton on Giudecca. It's on the fifth floor and you can see out over towards the Hilton's rooftop bar. The facilities are good, and the bathroom is sizeable with a deep bath and good water pressure. The host did everything she could to help us. A great place to stay if you want to go to Venice but be away from the crowds.

Everything else was fine.

You have to tell well in advance very precisely the time of check in. We were half an hour late, only a minute after the deadline, and it was a problem... so if you are on a tour where you cannot set your arrival time well, it is probably not your place... Parking is actually 40 minutes away, so not really nearby.

Collecting keys was so easy the apartment was lovely clean and well equipped will definitely stay again

Superb

The apartment was clean and neat. Very spacious with a large bathroom. Great location on Giudecca Island away from the crowds in Venice. Great restaurants and easy boat ride across to the main island. Locals are very friendly and grocery shopping near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

It was jolly, clean and comfortable. The owners were good at communicating and we were met at the vaparetto stop by a lovely friend of the owner. Very quiet, spacious and light filled, and in a good location right next to the Hilton. The flat has everything you could need for a short break.

Mosquitos were a problem, and we got bitten quite a lot. But this seems to be a universal problem in Venice.

Juste pas simple de faire fonctionner la climatisation pour rafraîchir l'appartement, mais ce ne fut qu'un détail de notre beau séjour...

Teleurstellend in zo'n mooie stad...

weinig

- kapotte douchekop (toezegging gedaan dat binnen 2 een reparatie zou volgen); niemand meer gezien (daardoor elke dag de douchevloer droog maken) - hygiene liet te wensen over (bijzonder smerige steelpan o.a., niet te gebruiken) - rommelige elektriciteit; schemerlamp op kast in huiskamer niet te gebruiken (geen aansluiting) - kapotte bekleding keukenkastje - zie hiervoor bijgaande foto's - wij hebben eerder (2023) een appartement van Stucky gehuurd (no. 8 1e etage) dat was een uitstekend appartement, daardoor waren wij onaangenaam verrast over het appartement nummer 51.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alle Küchengeräte und sonstiges hat gut funktioniert. Es war viel Platz. Besonders freundlich , hilfsbereit und professionell war die Eigentümerin.

Die Möblierung war sehr einfach, ungemütlich und wenig bequem. Zum Beispiel Plastikstühle, Plastik Tischdecke, altes Sofa, kein Sessel
