Lieu très calme, proche du centre, situé à 100 mètres de l'arrêt du bateau bus, hôte très gentil et disponible.
1. Problème d'eau chaude et donc douche très désagréable; 2. le lit pour deux personnes bien souple et confortable, mais le lit pour la troisième personne trop dur e inconfortable; 3. le jardin pas vraiment à l'hauteur des attentes.

The place is very quiet, one can sleep well in the big bed because it's soft. The bathroom is big enough and the shower is small but very functional. There are a lot of mirrors in the house! It's rare to find a garden in Venice and even if sometimes there are mosquitos we spend time there, just to relax. Big kitchen with a lot of tools.
The third bed was hard, not very comfortable.

Extremely close to the vaparetto and easy to find in walking distance from Piazzale Roma. You can walk to the center of Venice in about 30 minutes.
The place could use a thorough cleaning. There were mold in the bathroom and a lot of dust in chunks on the carpets. Also a lot of mosquitoes, but thats just the location and not the places "fault".
