Quiet place

The place is very quiet, one can sleep well in the big bed because it's soft. The bathroom is big enough and the shower is small but very functional. There are a lot of mirrors in the house! It's rare to find a garden in Venice and even if sometimes there are mosquitos we spend time there, just to relax. Big kitchen with a lot of tools.

The third bed was hard, not very comfortable.

It's ok just to sleep there for 1-2 nights but overall needs to be more well-maintained.

The bathroom was clean. It is a short distance from the bus station. There is a nice promenade nearby. There were mosquito repellents. If this is your price range you can find something similar in a better location.

First I start with the attitude of our host and our accommodation. When making arrangements to hand over the keys to the apartment, it matters what time we check in in the evening. We had a problem with the flight, but we still arrived on time (around 9:30 pm) when she said it would take her about 40 min to get to the place. In the end, we paid the dearest cent because she showed up after 10 pm. The problem was that she blamed us directly that it was our fault, which is not a good customer approach. Second, there were ants in the place - starting in the hall and continuing into the living room. There was also some plastic waste that was not cleaned up. Third - there was a strong musty, stale smell in the apartment which could not be dissipated throughout our stay.

Good

Extremely close to the vaparetto and easy to find in walking distance from Piazzale Roma. You can walk to the center of Venice in about 30 minutes.

The place could use a thorough cleaning. There were mold in the bathroom and a lot of dust in chunks on the carpets. Also a lot of mosquitoes, but thats just the location and not the places "fault".

J'ai bien apprécié l'extrême disponibilité de l'hôte pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Lieu très calme, proche du centre, situé à 100 mètres de l'arrêt du bateau bus, hôte très gentil et disponible.

1. Problème d'eau chaude et donc douche très désagréable; 2. le lit pour deux personnes bien souple et confortable, mais le lit pour la troisième personne trop dur e inconfortable; 3. le jardin pas vraiment à l'hauteur des attentes.
