The washing machine did not work. Specifically, the washing machine caused an electrical breaker to flip. When we contacted booking, we were told to resolve the issue ourselves. Our clothes were stuck in the washing machine, with no instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Good time despite the problems and adventures of no power and wet clothes locked in the washer.

Location and view are amazing. Air conditioner worked. Nice stores a few blocks away. Far away from main Venice (is on the southern island of Giadecca, which is more like a village outside of Venice). LPV restaurant was very good. Harry Dolci is also very good, though too expensive to do often.

Power went out when using the washer. It flipped a surge protector. Air conditioner? No problem. Washing machine? POOF! And it is a front-loading Miele, so your clothes are imprisoned in the machine. Performed a prison break by using delicate COLD water. Suspect it was the heater coil inside the machine pulling too much current, but for the record: It worked the day before when we did darks. So something changed. Called the owner, but her phone was off or something. Luckily the neighbors upstairs showed us where the electrical box was for the main building, since 1) as noted could not get a hold of the property representative through either Booking.com nor her phone number, and 2) the building maintenance guy doesn't work in the afternoons when 'it is hot', which is most of the time in Venice from June onward. Sincere thanks go out to the neighbors above. Also, the water-bus strike on Friday was fun. Luckily we had arrived three days prior and had visited most of the places we wanted and ate at several different areas.

Beautiful place and amazing view. It has everything you need. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Close to some nice restaurants. Nice and quiet part of Venice.

We didn't realize that it is located in an area that is across from.main attractions in Venice and we had to take the expensive waterbus every time we wanted to go there.

Property was in a beautiful location quiet and trendy cute cafes with beautiful food ferry is close by a 3 day pass hop and hop off as much as you like ! Host was amazing even organised a private water taxi to go directly to the airport which was amazing 🤩

Very cold flat when the sun isn't shining - the heating didn't come on one evening and no facilities were available to heat it; the hosts simply said we should wait for the heating to work but it stayed off. Rain came in through gaps in the windows and ran down the wall. The flat is probably fine in the summer when there is no rain and it is warm, but when it is cold (this was mid April) the flat is cold.

Relaxing and a slow pace.

Nice property in a good location with great views of Venice, also close to all the restaurants and the river bus stops. Very spacious, quite airy and not noisy as it's also a residential as well.

Parfait, appartement original et confortable

Superbe appartement, belle hauteur sous plafond, deco très sympa, très typique, Très Bon emplacement. On a adoré séjourner dans cet appartement. La Vue est magnifique. Linge de toilette de bonne qualité, parfumé. Recommandé +++

Réglage de la Climatisation, impossible à arrêter et un peu bruyante dans la chambre. Mais il faisait 35 degrés donc on était bien content de l’avoir 😊

Die Lage und die Größe sind gut! Überall ist Parkett oder Steinboden - das ist hygienisch und angenehm.

Keine zwei Schlafzimmer, sehr laut auf Grund der Einfachverglasung - es wird vorgegeben, es seien zwei Schlafzimmer, doch entweder schläft man im Wohnzimmer (Kappsofa mit unzureichender Matratze) oder auf der Galerie (im Sommer sehr warm) Die Ausstattung ist sehr lieblos und eher eine Resterampe. Schade, der Gast scheint nicht wichtig zu sein.

La structure originale de l'appartement, le mobilier et la décoration choisis avec goût, l'espace, les deux salles de bain, l'équipement, la vue sur le canal et le Dorsoduro, le petit-déjeuner du premier jour, le quartier, l'accès très proche au vaporetto, les restaurants sur le quai, la rapidité d'accès au Dorsoduro et au reste de Venise, le calme.

La literie pourrait être renouvelée : le grand lit est très spacieux mais un peu dur.
