The view and location. Giudecca is excellent, tranquil and good restaurants

Only has one air conditioning unit for 2 bedrooms. Need to improve the beds and pillows. Sheets and comforters.

- very nice hosts - beautiful view - supermarket really close - close to to the next boat stop - hosts answered any question and tried to help as much as possible

- there was no TV (even though it says so in the description) - the corridor is a bit small, might be problematic for larger people - mosquito nets on the bedroom windows would be nice

Exceptional view with Venetian decors in the living room. close to pier with reasonable restaurants nearby. cheap supermarket nearby.

sheets and blankets aren’t clean (with stains). dusty apartment causes nose allergy in multiple people. landlord didn’t reply questions. missing hair dryer. mosquitoes appearing every day. lacking privacy between different guests, probably better for 2 couples but not recommended for a group of 7

Good location and view

1- The real value of the booking did not show up and this is bad for Booking, the towels and cleaning cost is 210€!! That is ridiculous. 2- noisy neighborhood in the morning and very narrow stairs to the floor above. 3- The garbage did not move for three days after we put them where they asked us. 4- Internet is very bad. 5- beds are not that comfortable.

Wir haben es geliebt.

Die Lage ist großartig. Und die Wohnung wunderschön entworfen mit einem Blau, das gute Laune macht.

Im Schlafsofa fehlen Gurte. Das Schafen war dort unbequem. Und die Küche konnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Besser man geht unten in das Restaurant 😅

Venise en famille

L'emplacement au bord de l'eau dans un quartier tranquille loin de la confusion touristique et à 2 arrêts avec le Vaporetto de la place St-Marc, le rapport qualité prix.

Pour cause d'intempéries et des douanes Suisse fermées nous sommes arrivés avec 4h de retard et nous avons dû payer un supplément de 35€ sans pouvoir expliquer la raison du retard.

Kein Warmwasser, no warm water

Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht den Erwartungen. Es sah ganz anders aus als auf den Fotos. Zudem hatten wir jeden Abend kein Warmwasser und keine funktionierende Heizung. Die Bialetti war defekt, der Kühlschrank kühlte kaum, und es gab keinen Ansprechpartner, an den man sich wenden konnte. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage – aber das allein reicht leider nicht aus, um den Aufenthalt weiterzuempfehlen. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations. It looked very different from the photos, which was disappointing. Every evening there was no hot water and the heating didn’t work. The Bialetti was broken, the fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and there was no contact person available to help with any of these issues. The only positive aspect was the perfect location – but sadly, that alone doesn't make up for the overall experience.
