Set within an historic canal front building in one of the most desirable areas of Venice, this large and impressive 1st floor apartment, with its fine furnishings and works of art, is the perfect home from home, having extensive living areas, an elegant dining room, fully equipped chefs kitchen, and four double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Private ground floor entrance.
The apartment is accessible by water taxi, and only a few minutes walk from the Salute and the Accademia Bridge, while around 12/15 minutes to St. Mark’s Square and beyond
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Later check-ins are possible upon request and subject to an additional fee of €30.00 for arrivals by 10:00 PMor €50.00 by 11:00 PM. At check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and to complete and sign a rental agreement including the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee against damages.
