The Tosca Premium is a very spacious and truly elegant canal view apartment located only few meters from the Fenice Theatre in the San Marco District.
It is a 4-bedroom apartment that represents a very comfortable and classy accommodation for groups of up to 10 people.
The Fenice Theatre is known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world. The Tosca Apartment is named after the well-known Opera from Giacomo Puccini, in fact represented at the Fenice Theatre.
The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Vaporetto stop and the supermarket are only 2 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 1st floor of an historic Palazzo that gain access from Campiello dei Callegheri and is equipped with elevator, it has been long-time owned by the same family who completely renovated it and now offered to our privileged guests.
Tosca is elegantly furnished with interesting antiques, smartly blended with contemporary pieces and is full of natural light thanks to the many tall windows along the Canal and the Campo. In the main living area original XIX century Venetian Terrazzo flooring and prints decorating the walls perfectly merge with Murano Glass chandeliers and nice linen curtains and sofas. Some of the bedrooms are furnished instead with vintage furniture, such as a Danish designer sideboard from the 50’s, French table lamps and appliques from the 50’s, Reggiani vintage Italian designer floor lamp from the 70’s, original modern monochromatic paintings. The result is an airy and clean ambience which accommodates anyone’s taste.
Beside the location and the exquisite interior design, the great plus of the Tosca Premium apartment is definitively the picturesque views on the canal and the little square called Campiello enjoyable from the living room and bedrooms: looking out the windows you can see gondolas sliding on the calm emerald waters!
It is laid out on about 220 square meters and is composed of a large living and dining hall with a double sofa-bed and a table can be extended to seat up to 10 people in comfort. There are 3 king size bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (that can become a double) and 3 full bathrooms with shower, coated with Ecomalta, an innovative and ecological material that is used to create continuous and minimalistic surfaces.
To complete the idyllic picture: a functional kitchen equipped with Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia weiß porcelain tableware, a set of professional cooking pots and pans that can be used to prepare delicious dinners, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a professional American coffee maker! Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room.
