The Soranzo “C” apartment has been designed to offer its privileged guests the quintessential Venetian experience.
Nestled in the heart of Venice’s most exclusive district, it is a rare jewel that seamlessly blends historic charm with contemporary elegance and comfort.
Located next to the Zattere waterfront in the Dorsoduro district, directly facing the Magazzini del Sale, now home to the Emilio Vedova Foundation, and the historic Canottieri Bucintoro, Venice’s oldest rowing club, this hidden gem is just steps away from the Basilica della Salute and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
Situated on the third and top floor of a 17th-century building that has recently undergone a complete renovation, this apartment embodies the charm of a classic Venetian attic, featuring exposed beams and trusses in perfect harmony with furnishings signed by renowned Italian designers.
A centuries-old stone staircase leads directly to the central living room, illuminated by a large skylight at the heart of the home. From here, one can access the four bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring either a shower or a bathtub.
The beating heart of the house is a stunning custom-made kitchen in Marquina marble, fully equipped and perfect for a cooking class or a family meal with friends. A large glass dining table seats up to 12 guests, and as the pièce de résistance, an internal staircase leads to the 40 sqm rooftop terrace. From this privileged spot, one can admire breathtaking panoramic views over the rooftops of Venice, the island of San Giorgio, the Giudecca, and the Basilica della Salute — a perfect setting to enjoy the spectacular fireworks of the Redentore festival, the New Year’s Eve celebrations, or simply a glass of prosecco while watching the sun set over the Serenissima.
To complete the experience, the ground floor offers a classic Venetian courtyard, shared with the other two apartments in the building, providing a peaceful and private retreat, shaded and insulated from the crowds, a true oasis of tranquillity.

Absolutely amazing stay on a quiet street / neighborhood!! All the bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious, but cannot top the rooftop patio! WiFi was pretty spotty and the master bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain / way to hang up the shower head — and one of the bedrooms (and its bathroom) aren’t fully enclosed so not good if that couple or child needs quiet privacy. Otherwise, cannot complain. The hosts were INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive throughout!
