Very cute apartment to share with friends

The location was great and I really appreciated the common areas to hang out with my friends and family.

The mosquitoes were very aggressive and there were no screens in the windows.

Great space to relax after day of exploring

Situated in a quieter area of Venice next to a canal. Place was big enough for everyone and it had all the amenities that one would need to have a great time.

Property has a few issues: some of the doors on the cupboards in the kitchen had hinges that were loose. Some of the wall sockets were hanging off the wall and the other rooms could do with air-conditioning.

- Great location, close to Ziterre waterbus station - Kitchen works fines and water run sufficiently

- Host does not speak English at all. Thanks to the technology of google translation. There was no information in the voucher the property provided about how or where to dispose garbage. We only found out on the day we checked out that we were supposed to put it out on the street and there will be garbage service boat coming to collect it every day. We nearly had to pay a €50 fee if we had not chased after the garbage service boat on the check-out day. (The host kept repeating " Have you not read the information in the voucher" which actually did not exist. - In the apartment was too dark. Putting more lights or lamps in the living room and bedroom would help improving. - Towels were smelling of humid, not fresh

Location excellent . Canal view very nice - 'real Venice'.

The apartment is on two floors and the stairway to the upper floor is difficult - I had a nasty fall. the handrail doesn't go all the way up and there is a sharp turn at the top making it precarious. The apartment seems to have been designed for giants! It was impossible to reach the hanging rails in the wardrobe and the kitchen cupboards were so high that you couldn't reach the top shelves. The kettle didn't work and there was no frying pan and no chopping board. There were very few essentials - only one roll of toilet paper etc. Mosquitos were a big problem but this may be endemic throughout Venice - the spray supplied by the apartment didn't work. there were plug in repellent devices none of them had the requisite liquid so didn't work

Tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis!

Tolle Lage, unweit vom Peggy Guggenheim Museum und der Accademia Brücke, ruhig und 5 mn zu Fuss entfernt ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung war gut beheizt und die Schlüssel Übergabe und Rückgabe unkompliziert, wir konnten sogar früher da unsere Koffer hinterlassen nachdem wir es mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort per whatsapp geklärt hatten (alles auf italienisch, aber mit google translate ist es kein Problem mehr). Die Wohnung hat die schönen typischen Venezianischen Fliesen

Achtung, die Wohnung wird zwar für 6 Personen angezeigt, aber es sind nur 2 Doppelbetten und dann sind es 2 einzelne Betten. Eins davon in einem einzelnen Zimmer und das andere in einem der Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Wenn es eine Buchung für 3 Paare sein sollten, dann klappt es nicht. Küchen-Ausstattung ein bisschen mager aber ausreichend um zu kochen. Zimmer unten ist ein bisschen kälter als oben. Die Angaben wie man den Müll entsorgt waren nicht in dem Heft in der Wohnung aber unsere Kontaktperson Maria hat auf die Frage sehr schnell per WhatsApp reagiert. Und Müll entsorgen ist recht einfach da es am Ende der Strasse passiert morgens.
