The location is perfect as it is far away from crowds but excellent point o be able to navigate Venice.
The apartment is absolutely fabulous it’s full of character and charm as well as being comfortable and clean.

Great location, quiet and near lots of bars, restaurants and shops. A relaxing place to return to after a busy day. Loved the thoughtful decor.

This is quite the most lovely holiday apartment we have ever experienced - full of personal touches, a great record collection, a projector the kids all loved, a kitchen we loved cooking in - and in a fascinating area of Venice, a few minutes from a great butcher, stalls selling fish and veg, and wine from a cask. The only problem was having to leave ! A truly heavenly stay.
A joy to have a courtyard too - and two bathrooms was a big plus for our tribe of 5. Really comfortable beds (I invariably get back ache from holiday rentals - not the case here). Decor to die for. I hope we’ll be back before too long.
It was perfect in every way.
