Very beautiful, great location and very helpful staff. The apartment was clean and perfect for a group of five travellers. The balcony views were a highlight and the beds were very comfortable.

location is exeptionally good, apartment well renovated, stylish and comfortable, there were enoughth seating and sleaping places and two bathrooms for our family of 4 persons were very useful
in one of the bathrooms the basin tab wasn't in full operational order and wc was leaking slightly, there was no microwave in the kitchen, sometimes it could come handy , but that is a minor issue

El apartamento está bien ubicado, próximo a los lugares de interés a visitar en la ciudad.
El anfitrión es muy amable y atento. De hecho, se fue la luz del edificio por horas y, después de comunicárselo, estuvo pendiente de ello hasta que se solucionó.
Además, nos dejó hacer el check out más tarde de lo habitual para poder dejar nuestras maletas en el interior del apartamento durante nuestro último día en Venecia.
El apartamento luce bastante peor en persona que en las fotos. Faltaba una buena limpieza, sobre todo debajo de las camas y en los muebles.
Apenas había ropa de cama de abrigo, más allá de un edredón y una manta para cada cama. La calefacción no siempre funcionaba, y pasamos frío durante nuestra estancia.
La ducha del baño es excesivamente pequeña.
