Everything good.

Nice place, nice position, and very hospitable Pierre's family, with very nice Italian breakfast. We really like our choice because of position around of all great lakes of Italy. The lake Iseo surrounded by mountains. Very beautiful. The city Pisogne very small and cosy with enough amount of good restaurants, payment beach and even big supermarket.

Great family run B&B. Free underground parking a real bonus & property located just a short walk from the lake and town. Room had air conditioning and was clean, light & airy with a view of the lake. Breakfast was very good. Pier was extremely helpful & always available to answers any questions.

Highly recommended for a couple stay!

Pier, the owner, as well as his family who helped at the breakfast were super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, we appreciated the parking in the building, as well as great location close to the centre of an adorable town Pisogne.

We liked everything the only thing that bothered me was the busy road between the hotel and the lake, it was noisy sometimes and made relaxing on the balcony less pleasant.

We have spent a gorgeous week on the shores of Lake Iseo at Tramonti e Lago. Pierre and his parents were wonderful hosts, providing us everything we needed (extra chairs on the balcony, places to visit in the area, restaurants to eat at, tips for parking in the big cities proximity). Our room has been cleaned every day. The view from the room was trully a dream. Sufficient breakfast. We will definitely come back.

OK, it was amazing, clean, comfortable and nice place to stay, with a view to the lake from the balcony. Perfect and safe parking possibility in the garage. Really appraciate the care of the owner - of his guests, but also the property itself. He was also very helpful with advise where to eat, what to do in the neighborhood etc. It is clear, that I'd like to recomand this place, also the town Pisogne and the whole locality of Lago d'Iseo.

Great small, family-owned hotel. You can easily walk to the lake esplanade and the bars and restaurants at the main square of the town. The family will give you great tips what to see around the lake and how to get there. No hidden costs and a great value for money stay. I would come back anytime.

Breathtaking views at Pisogne

The location of this hotel is perfect! The view from our balcony was excellent, with the lake on one side and the mountains on the other. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom had a lovely relaxing shower. The mini fridge in the room was much needed to store drinks and food as we went into the peak summer. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and helped us with directions to many places we wanted to see. Breakfast is decent enough, and we will love to come back again.

As a tea drinker I would have love to have a kettle in my room but unfortunately we didn't have it here but the staff made coffee for us when we went for breakfast. Nothing else to mention :)

Great value stay near the lake with parking and very friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic value compared to many other places on the lake. We had a nice view of the lake from our balcony (better than expected). Secure underground car park (a bit tight for big cars maybe). The hotel is quite new and very clean and modern. The staff are fantastic. The owner/manager Pier and staff looked after us so well. They made great recommendations for things to do and booked restaurants for us. Nothing was too much trouble and communication excellent through WhatsApp. Location is great with an easy walk into the town and to the lake.

Exceeds expectations

Super friendly reception, good communication. The rooms have everything you need with a beautiful view. But best of all is the location, right by the center the owner was so nice and made the effort of making a reservation in a restaurant for us. And gave us some good tips on what to do in the area. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Would definitely come back here.

Great stay on Lake Iseo.

Great hotel with an awesome location on Lake Iseo. We enjoyed our stay and our lake-side walks through the town. The room was comfortable and clean, and the WIFI was very good. Parking was easy in the parking garage, and the hotel itself is just a few years old. It is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a large modern mall with a supermarket.

Location of the hotel and the view are amazing. Rooms are not so big, but you can find everything you need for comfortable time spending. Air conditioning is a good benefit for the room, especially when the temperature outside is 30+ C degrees. There is a daily room service, so each time we were back the room was super clean. What is important is an private underground parking for all guests. In addition to this you can put bikes, surf or whatever else in the garage. The last but not least is a care of the owner. You can discuss with the owner everything, you will get advices and whatever support in case if you will need it.

This hotel was opened in the Corona year 2020 and is still a little bit on the way to full beauty. But don't let yourself be misguided - this is already a lovely place to stay and we were happy with our choice. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that all needs are met. He greeted us just as we arrived (before even ringing the door bell). The house is new, clean and in a modern style. The breakfast room still looks a bit minimalistic - but it is a treat if you like such style. It will become more decorated and comfortable over time. there is a garage in the cellar so that cars or motorcycles are secure. There is an elevator to all floors.
