Good location

Location was the main positive for me. Room was very clean and insulated from outside noise. The communal area where one can have breakfast is also quite nice, although I didn't take advantage of it.

My mistake for not reading the description more carefully, but I would have appreciated to have a table in the room. The room is probably too small to accommodate it.

Very nice and helpful host, good communication. Let us park our car beside the apartment. Room clean and didn´t miss anything. Well equipped kitchen / dining room for all three apartments, small breakfast included! Coffee machine, tea, water, even prosecco in the fridge:-) A few minutes form the town centre. The host recommended a few good restaurants. A grocery shop a few meters from the apartment. We really szeying here, even if for just one night.

We liked it

The host was super helpful, kind and welcoming. The place is super quiet and clean. Recently renovated probably which is a rare thing for Italy. Our room was a little bit smaller than I thought but the bathroom fixed it all. It big, light and modern. (There are no shampoos btw) There's no view from the room because the windows are high up under the ceiling, just be prepared for that. We stayed for 1 night only so it didn't matter for us :)

Very clean, comfortable & quiet. Our room, (the pink room) was perfect. The bathroom was large and the shower & water pressure was great The air conditioner worked great. It was a nice surprise that they had some croissants , toast & jelly & a coffee machine! The hosts pay attention to detail. Everything was perfect.

Host was very helpful and very flexible with check-in and storing bags, and even helped organise bike hire from a friend. Lots of nice touches making the stay very pleasant.

Clean comfy room, nice kitchen with fridge and small breakfast included. Very nice shower. The location is nice, walking distance from the lake and the old city centre. Very friendly check-in (even with her speaking only italian she could give a lot of info and tips)

The room had no view. We were a bit unlucky that the bar downstairs had a party one night with loud live music outside till quite late. Otherwise quiet surroundings.

It is a small and cute hotel. The room was nice and clean! I liked the style! The owner is really friendly and gives good advice about the area. She doesn't speak so good english, but she tries and it worked out! It is closed to the center. I would really recommend it!

Perfekte Übernachtung am Lago de Iseo!

Die Zimmer sind alle neu und sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Lage direkt am See ist perfekt, parken kann man direkt an der Promenade, also nahe der Unterkunft, für 4 Stunden gratis, also über Nacht kein Problem.

Die Stufen zur Haustür sind sehr schmal

Eine perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, vielen lieben Dank an Lella...

Zu unserer Überraschung, gab es noch ein kleines Frühstück. Kostenlose Getränke wie Tee, Kaffee, Mineralwasser und Säfte gab es zusätzlich. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir in der Garage parken. Die Gastgeberin Lella ist eine Perle von Mensch. Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer sehr bemüht um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste.

Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern.

Confermiamo tutte le belle cose già dette da altri utenti oltre che la simpatia e la gentilezza della sig.ra Lella. Sembrava non di essere ospiti ma di trovarsi "come a casa "

Non c'è niente che non ci sia piaciuto ma come ci ha detto la sig.ra Lella ogni suggerimento è un modo per crescere ancora di più: il nostro è che se i cuscini fossero in lattice il collo ne beneficerebbe maggiormente e magari avere una mensola ulteriore in bagno per riporre meglio gli oggetti

Charmantes Apartment mit liebevollen Details und toller Lage

Das Apartment war wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet – alles farblich abgestimmt und mit viel Geschmack gestaltet. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt. Besonders angenehm waren die kleinen Extras wie Wasser im Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Tee und Frühstück – eine tolle Geste. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Räume sind recht hellhörig. Insgesamt aber ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

A történelmi negyed szélén, igényesen kialakított szállás. Szemben nagy ingyenes parkoló, mögötte a tóparti sétány. Az épület mögött szupermarket. A szobák, a fürdőszobák, a közösségi tér (étkező, konyha) nagyon igényesen kialakítva. Remek klíma és WIFI. Minden új és tökéletesen tiszta. A hűtőben és az étkezőben nagy választék bekészítve a reggelihez. A bejutás gyorsan, könnyen ment. Minden tökéletes volt.

Das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen, die Einrichtung ist top, alles ist modern und es gibt ausreichend Ablageflächen. Gastgeberin Lella ist sehr freundlich und hat auch immer noch Empfehlungen parat für den Aufenthalt. Bei den hohen Temperaturen haben wir uns über das bereitgestellte Wasser (naturale und frizzante) im Kühlschrank sehr gefreut.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
