The location was lovely in a beautiful little village right next to a gorgeous Abbey.

It was a little bit old-fashioned and gloomy in the bedroom. I was a bit disappointed that only two rooms were taken in a hotel in my room overlooked a road that was passed by Lorries that shook the windows when I could’ve had a room overlooking a beautiful square ?

Couldn't fault this location

The location is tip top. Right next door to the incredibly beautiful church and abbey located on the square. The breakfast was delicious. Everythingnhad been thought of from eggs to boil, freshly squeezed orange juice, endless selection of jams, cheeses and charcuterie and of course brioche and croissant with limitless coffee tea and hot chocolate. Of and not forgetting seriously delicious yoghurt

WAY too expensive

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean as spacious. We were able to park easily outside.

It was WAY too expensive for what it was. We paid over £200 for 1 night for a ‘family suite! This was simply 2 rooms with the adjoining door open but only electricity in 1 (not that we actually needed an extra room! The curtain did not block light, the window did not block sound and it was noisy upstairs. The kettle lead didn’t reach the socket. The toilet seat was wobbly, everything was very basic and dated, which is not an issue at all for a value stay but not £200 +

Very enjoyable stay

The hotel is located in a beautiful cobbled square. With a local restaurant, cafe bar, boulangerie and patisserie in the square. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The hotel is full of charm and character. It’s very clean.

Could not fault anything. We stayed in the family room, and did hear road noise from lorry’s at night. Ask for a quiet room if you’re a light sleeper.

Little Gem of a Hotel and a Village

Beautiful stone house in St Riquier, directly to the left of the Abbey door (presumably once part of the Abbey buildings). Friendly welcoming staff, clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast in the conservatory looking onto the square. Nearby La Grange restaurant is good value good quality French food. Abbey and Hotel Dieu both worth a look, and Crecy is a short drive away. Little gem.

Great location, beautiful hotel, very pleasant friendly staff

Loved the location. The hotel was beautiful, lovely bright room for breakfast.

The one thing that let it down for me was it looked immaculate but when I stepped into the lift all round the edge needed hoovering and the floor round by the door in the breakfast room. I really don’t like mentioning this as the staff were so pleasant and helpful I just feel it let it down

Nice pet-friendly hotel in a cute village

This pet-friendly hotel sits in a cute village, not too far from the highway and the Eurotunel. The hotel is built inside an old house, and has a lot of charm. It sits right next to the church, overlooking the village central plaza. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options.

The room was overlooking the village central plaza, which generated some noise until rather late in the night. Cars and motorcycles do tend to drive through the road there. The bed was rather comfortable, but the pillows were too thick.

A most delightful, classy, high quality hotel. Dog friendly.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very smooth check in and shown to our room. The hotel and our room were immaculate. Very clean, bright, well maintained and kept to an exceptional high standard. The shower was great with shampoo/shower gel, etc provided. Fridge in the room with selection of cold drinks. A room fan available (as there is no aircon) which was extremely thoughtful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. There was an excellent choice and a very relaxed atmosphere. Parking free and next to the hotel. Our dog was very welcome too. Saint Riquier is a little gem of a place with lovely little restaurants and cafes. The hotel even gave a discount card to use in one of the restaurants. Nothing to fault. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Great spot, wish we could have stayed longer!

Hotel was situated in an amazing spot right next to the Cathedral. Room was huge and had lovely air con units. Breakfast was wonderful, the usual croissants, bread, boiled eggs and great coffee! Just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the town!

Great for what it is - a traditional French Hotel

Very quaint traditional French hotel, lots of character. Although I was expecting the breakfast to be included, it was charged at Euro15 per person. Having said that it was a very good continental breakfast and you can eat as much as you like. The food was fresh. The hotel does not provide dinner - but there are two very acceptable restaurants within 100m - we went to the Abbaye Cafe and the food was excellent

Things to note:- - We had to go hunting for the concierge to check in - in fact in the end I had to telephone the hotel to get a response, even though I was sitting in reception - Our stay was one of the warmest nights this year (2022); although we had a corner room, two windows overlooked the courtyard, where the smokers hang out, so they had to stay shut. The room would have benefited from a fan. - Although small, the town seems to be a major transit point - the street is cobbled so traffic noise can be disruptive (I guess depending on the room you get)

terrible sleepless night in a sauna.

The location

I was put in the room 3m from the business road. the windowed were sealed. the sitcom in the room did not work. I do not think anyone stayed there for a li g time as the air was stale. there is absence of ventilation in the room and the bathroom. I am attaching the photo of a wardrobe.

A Gem of a Hotel

An amazing hotel sat in the middle of Saint-Riquier. We chose to stay here as a one night stop over en route from Paris to the Eurotunnel. What a find!!! A beautiful place with the highest of design inside. We were greeted by the owner of the hotel who was very friendly, ensuring our stay was perfect. The standard of the bedroom was of the highest of standards and having Netflix was a nice treat. Breakfast in the light and airy room was wonderful with a lovely choice. Thank you for making our stay so special especially as it was my wifes 50th Birthday holiday... a great way to end our journey on the way home. We will visit this hotel again and try to stay for more than night next time. Thank you!

Lovely historic building, no staff in the hotel during our stay.

Good location central in town, historic building and nicely decorated. Bathroom was a little dated. Took too long for water to fill bath so didn’t use it.

No staff available at hotel, not a warm welcome. Receptionist obviously lived off site. Arrived after we did. Automatic entry via intercom let us in to hotel, then we waited 10 mins for receptionist to arrive.
