Rooms very minimalistic. Small rough bath towels. No tea/coffee making just a carton of water. Bad smell when opened the shower door Not a wide choice at breakfast

Disappointing

Good looking building, nice grounds. Lovely big bedroom with very comfy bed and reasonable bathroom

Practicalities of staying there. Storage for clothes etc poor. No tea/coffee facilities. No comfortable seating despite the size of room. Tiniest bin ever.

Poor quality breakfast and not very friendly receptionist.

Rooms were ok

Very basic breakfast, no hot food and it was not worth to include breakfast in the package. Very disappointed. The staff in the reception during the check in time was not very helpful and friendly.

It was hard to find the reception. We arrived late and didn’t realise that you had to go to the mercury hotel next door for check in.

Excellent hotel, very good facilities. Lovely outdoor bar and seating area. Rooms were well equipped, very comfortable bed.

The walk into town was further than I thought around 40mins. If you've not feeling too energetic it's best to drive in.

A new but well appointed Hotel although some of the design features were a little different in their artistry eg precast concrete ceiling slabs in bedroom. Staff were polite, helpful and informative,

Finding the Hotel won't easy with very small signage outside the Hotel with much more emphasis toward the adjoining Mercure Hotel.

nice hotel shame the restaurant and bar were closed to guests.

the decor

the fact that when we book somewhere for leisure with the children we always choose somewhere that has a restaurant/bar. this was closed due to a private event which we were not informed about until we were ready to reserve a table and have a drink in the bar. The exposed concrete ceiling with paint all over them.

The location was ideal. The service throughout our stay was excellent

Breakfast was a little chaotic, mainly around the service of coffee. Would have appreciated coffee making facilities in the room. Unusual in France but not unknown

Brand new hotel on the outskirts of Le Touquet. Great for an overnight stop. 40 mins from Eurotunne.

Spacious room with nice decor apart from the section of concrete slabbing on the ceiling. This seemed a bit odd. Room was lovely though - comfy bed and pillows. Good sized bathroom with shower. Everything is all very new as the hotel only opened a few months ago. Bar area is lovely - modern with nice seated areas for residents in the 3 hotels. Fabulous outdoor seated area which I’m sure will be fabulous in the summer months. Breakfast was fine in the IbIs Styles.

Really difficult to find the hotel even with sat nav. Signage isn’t great either. Further away from the centre of Le Touquet than we would’ve liked. The site of the hotel is still a work in progress but will be super once it’s all finished.

The cleaning service!! They didn’t clean for two days and I had to ask for fresh towels , toilet paper and my keycard wasn’t activated so I couldn’t get in my room when I got back in the hotel late night .

Bad location but good hotel and breakfast

WARNING - the location is a 25 minute walk to the main Casino at the start of the town. We made this mistake and it's a nightmare trying to book taxis on a weekend. If you want to drink and go out in the town, the location is not worth it. The actual hotel was good, the breakfast is really good and the staff are friendly

Overpriced for location and looks fairly tired outside. Transport links are non-existent, the hotel tried hard to book us a cab but they're not available around there, so unless you want to drive everywhere it's an issue unfortunately.

We didn’t like the fact we’d booked a room turned up only to find the hotel hadn’t been completed yet ? isn’t open!! Shocking it can be sold on booking.com
