There was loads of space and the bed was so comfy best place I have stayed in for comfort. balcony was beautiful and it’s in a great location everything you need is assembled in a few minutes the owner of the property was lovely and very dry friendly.
The floor was covered in bits my child found 2 old ballon that had poped on the floor that hadn’t been noticed and cleaned up in and put one in his mouth luckily I noticed this other wise it could of ended badly, the bathroom windows don’t open neither does the toilet and no extractor fan so when showering it gets very steamy, one of the bedroom windows was broke so it couldn’t be opened and it’s was warm also the wall paper was falling off the kitchen side and a lot of the walls have cracks the floor boards are very loads and when you have a small child have to be careful it doesn’t wake them

View of the sea from front window and also the outside balcony/ terrace was lovely to sit out as we were lucky enough to get sun the 2 days we were there. Also lovely lady next door had a lovely chat on the balcony

Trish the owner was fantastic. I told her it was a special birthday and she decorated the living room for us.
You can see the sea from the living room.
The bedrooms are really big and the top room was huge.
The outside space was nice and we used it a lot.
Kitchen had most things you needed.
There were games that kept my kids entertained.
Tram stop 2 minutes away and free parking at the front of the property.
I wouldn’t describe the property as luxury. It was £675 for 2 nights and this was a more expensive property than a lot and we were happy to pay for a luxurious apartment. It was nice but not luxury.
The property is above a business on a busy road. There are 2 sets of stairs up to the top.
When the members of our party arrived the property wasn’t cleaned to a standard we would expect. There was a clump of hair on the toilet, sand on the window ledge. There isn’t enough space in the living room for 7 people, 1 sofa and chair, so we sat on dining chairs which isn’t ideal. There is 1 toilet and shower room on the 1st level, I would add a 2nd toilet upstairs. This didn’t bother us but it might others. The smallest room - you cannot open the velux window or shut the blind (it was falling off a bit as well). You can’t open the windows in the living room so it was boiling. There was a fan provided (which was nice) but it didn’t really help. The rooms were all a little run down, needs a touch up throughout.
I always base reviews on if I would go again, and sadly I wouldn’t.
