Lovely place great location and great price just needs a good deep clean

There was loads of space and the bed was so comfy best place I have stayed in for comfort. balcony was beautiful and it’s in a great location everything you need is assembled in a few minutes the owner of the property was lovely and very dry friendly.

The floor was covered in bits my child found 2 old ballon that had poped on the floor that hadn’t been noticed and cleaned up in and put one in his mouth luckily I noticed this other wise it could of ended badly, the bathroom windows don’t open neither does the toilet and no extractor fan so when showering it gets very steamy, one of the bedroom windows was broke so it couldn’t be opened and it’s was warm also the wall paper was falling off the kitchen side and a lot of the walls have cracks the floor boards are very loads and when you have a small child have to be careful it doesn’t wake them

View of the sea from front window and also the outside balcony/ terrace was lovely to sit out as we were lucky enough to get sun the 2 days we were there. Also lovely lady next door had a lovely chat on the balcony

Disappointing

It was not 5 star it was not very clean, bedding was very poor quality, lots of flys. We had to pay £100 for any damage, which I can't understand why when it was very poor. It was hot when we stayed there and the majority of the windows did not open.

Nice but not luxury

Trish the owner was fantastic. I told her it was a special birthday and she decorated the living room for us. You can see the sea from the living room. The bedrooms are really big and the top room was huge. The outside space was nice and we used it a lot. Kitchen had most things you needed. There were games that kept my kids entertained. Tram stop 2 minutes away and free parking at the front of the property.

I wouldn’t describe the property as luxury. It was £675 for 2 nights and this was a more expensive property than a lot and we were happy to pay for a luxurious apartment. It was nice but not luxury. The property is above a business on a busy road. There are 2 sets of stairs up to the top. When the members of our party arrived the property wasn’t cleaned to a standard we would expect. There was a clump of hair on the toilet, sand on the window ledge. There isn’t enough space in the living room for 7 people, 1 sofa and chair, so we sat on dining chairs which isn’t ideal. There is 1 toilet and shower room on the 1st level, I would add a 2nd toilet upstairs. This didn’t bother us but it might others. The smallest room - you cannot open the velux window or shut the blind (it was falling off a bit as well). You can’t open the windows in the living room so it was boiling. There was a fan provided (which was nice) but it didn’t really help. The rooms were all a little run down, needs a touch up throughout. I always base reviews on if I would go again, and sadly I wouldn’t.

The property was very spacious, feels like home as everything we needed was provided like a hotel. The host has been communicating with us from the beginning.

Great location. 20 mins walk to tower.

We were pre warned not to use too much heating. The house was cold and most windows locked shut so no air circulating and is a complete fire hazard. It was run down and dirty. Clumps of hair found around the carpets. Stained pillows. A used condom on a window ledge. Kitchen cupboards were dirty. Camp bed provided were broke or had springs missing. Not what we expected paying nearly £500 for 2 nights. Wouldn’t rush back.

A lovely break by the sea!

The location was very good - close to the tram stop to go into main Blackpool. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the kitchen were good with tea and coffee making etc. The outside balcony was lovely - just a shame the weather wasn’t better to really make the most of it! Owners very quick to respond to problems / messages.

Bathroom / toilet facilities were a little tired - door on toilet not great for example. internet was intermittent (possibly due to external works outside of the control of the owners) affecting the tv. A mirror in the bedrooms would have been good as we had to dry hair/ do make up using the mirror on the landing.

Blackpool weekend

There was everything you needed nearby. Taxis were cheap enough to and from the centre. Trish the owner was really helpful.

There was 8 of us stayed and there was only one toilet. Would be better with a couple of full length mirrors. But overall we managed.

the location and facilities nearby were good. The channels were accommodating on the tv with Netflix and prime. The facilities were good but an extra toilet would've been good. Thanks all the same.

The windows didn't open either. Quite strict checking out times which made it difficult with the kids. Also the floor are wonky and very squeeky, not good for light sleepers.

nice place for a short break

There was 8 of us staying for a long weekend.property is only 10 minute walk from the tower. there is also a tram stop nearby. bedrooms are big and all have a tv but only works in a fire stick. kitchen is nice and modern but there is only one 2 seater sofa and 1 chair to sit in. really needs more when the place caters for 10 people. outdoor area snd bbq were nice and the lady next door was lovely and friendly. we had a Chinese take away from underneath and it was fantastic. The butchers across the road is amazing snd a must visit…

lots of items missing from kitchen. after ringing Trish she got someone to bring them and replace the glasses etc. freezer was dirty and frozen up. we had to defrost it ourselves so we could fit our Sainsbury’s shop in. bathroom and toilet need an overhaul the shower is tiny and the door on the toilet is awful.

Exceptional

All of it .

There was a family of 8 of us staying and we all loved the property. We have stopped in accommodation right next to the tower previously but due to this being 200 metres from the tram stop and the same from the beach, made this property the perfect location for us. The property has great big bedrooms, with a great kitchen and living room area. Every bedroom had a TV in with an amazon stick if the kids need entertaining and on a night we would all crash as a family in front of the TV with something on Netflix for an hour before bed. This is a fantastic property and the hosts could not have been more helpful . If we return to Blackpool and this property is available then we would definitely book it. 5 stars.

Family stay

Property was fab, plenty of room there was 9 of us and didn’t have an issue with space. All bedrooms had wardrobes or drawers, fire sticks which came in very handy for the kids. Outdoor area was lovely with BBQ unfortunately we didn’t get to use it due to the weather. Bath & shower in a room and a toilet and sink in another which was very handy especially as there was a lot of us. It’s about 10 minutes drive into Blackpool. You’re on a Main Street with shops all about you, a fab butchers straight across the road that also do takeaways.
