Shite! Sick stains on carpet no room for four people

There was sick stains on the carpet, I’d booked for 4 people a double bed and basically a couple of pallets made into a sofa bed on the floor that my 3 year old and 9 year old had to share, there was a breakfast bar for two people not 4 like I had booked. No email was sent for the door codes for Us to enter the building and no reception staff or anything tried calling and WhatsApp the numbers on site until a man finally came to help us then the batteries were dead in the door also the toilet wouldn’t flush (no one to report it too)! So resulted in us filling a bin up with water to flush anything away! Absolutely shocking we came home early it was that awful, also no lift in the building and trying to get a three year old up to the 5th apartment was a nightmare as the stairs are really steep!

Clean. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Location on point. We literally strolled to the town centre and good proximity to the beach
The Space is a little bit small. But served the purpose for I and my family (family of 4). Generally, is worth the money paid!
