Castle View

Travellers: (6) myself, husband, Husbands mother and father, our two autistic children. Location: The location of this property was perfect. Having that completely clear field in front showing the castle view and sea view was amazing and wonderful to wake up to. Even this morning before we left, we enjoyed watching the thunder storm roll in. The road was quiet, as were the neighbours. It was so peaceful. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to go with this as a base. The house: This house has everything you could need when going away. Comfortable beds, lots of space to move around. My son just loved spinning about in the kitchen area. The baby gate blocking the stairs down into the games area was a great touch. Kept things safer for the children. The games room was an absolute favourite for my oldest son.. he spent most of his time there. Everything was well equipped. Nice big fridge and freezer, and a lovely garden to sit in. We enjoyed the sun out there. Communication: Most of the communication to this property was done via sykes Cottages. But when we arrived we did have to have something sorted in the house so I rang the owner and she was wonderful. Got someone out to us very quickly to fix the issue. Can't fault them. Extra notes: Watch your head when walking up the stairs. Tall people will get a head bump without bending 😅 My son already wants to go back. We were all sad to come home.

Complete home from home. Amazingly clean, spacious, and great for spending quality time with family. Bedrooms all good size, lovely comfortable beds. Garden great and secure for our 7 month d puppy. Large space in living room to place the large dog crate and he settled well. Very quiet location with a sea view from front bedroom. Ideal location for accessing Filey, Whitby and Scarborough coast all within 30 mins drive.

Beautiful home, clean and equipped with everything you need. Lovely welcome pack from the hosts. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Games room and hot tub were a great addition to entertain the little ones. Beautiful garden with bbq and furniture. Very peaceful location.
