A period property.that has been made very modern inside .our apartment was called Garden flat as it had access to a lovely little courtyard garden. was very well equipped fantastic kitchen large tv to relax with movie in evening.we were left a welcome bag which was lovely tea bags coffee pods biscuits and crisps

Nothing its a beautiful apartment

We stayed in The Maisonette, the bed/sitting room was on the ground floor, the kitchen and shower room were down internal stairs in the cellar. The building is beautiful, the large main window was stunning, lovely high ceilings, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The main room had a comfy double bed, good size bedside cabinets, somewhere to hang a few clothes, sofa, coffee table, dining table with 2 chairs and large tv on the wall. Heating was easy to pop on if needed. The modern kitchen had plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery and the shower was great and easy to use! We found the internal stairs down to the kitchen and shower room narrow but ok, people with mobility issues may struggle. Location was perfect for us, its on a quiet road and we were only an 8min walk to our event at Scarborough Spa, and less than 2min walk “home” from an after party on Ramshill Road. We did get an Uber to and from the main promenade tho (£6 each way), there are a lot of hills In Scarborough, but it’s a lovely seaside town, we really enjoyed our first visit here, and we discovered a brilliant little chippy/cafe near the sea front, the Lifeboat Fishbar, which we would highly recommend (we went twice!).

Spacious apartment in a great location. We had a lovely holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

The bath towels were small, would be better to have usual size ones and would be handy to have an airer as we used the laundrette around the corner as others may do.

Lovely apartment, very clean, beds were super comfy, living room/kitchen was very large, the whole apartment was nicely decorated and fresh, all the utensils that you would need and a washing machine. A welcome pack of milk sachets, tea, coffee, biscuits and one small bag of crisps.

Another towel each would have been good and a couple of fans for the bedrooms.
