Great location, short stroll to South Bay. Nice decor. Big bathroom & bedrooms. Comfy beds. Free parking. Didn’t cook so can’t comment on kitchen usefulness. Letting agents are down the road and easily contactable / helpful.
Cosmetic imperfections inc. stained carpet & stained upholstery on dressing table stool in one of the bedrooms, missing picture in same room (nails left in wall). Shower too hot and unable to alter temp, ended up using bath taps instead. Only 1 toilet roll provided & no kitchen roll. Heating left on during heatwave (we managed to switch it off following useful instructions next to thermostat). House gets very warm during hot weather, no mobile fans provided (both bedrooms do have ceiling fans but only one seems to be operable). Coffee machine provided but no coffee pods. Back yard not conducive to relaxing, needs some TLC and new furniture. House is in parking Disc Zone 3J, parking permits are for 3L, a few mins drive away. This didn’t bother us personally but could have been made clearer before arrival so we knew which streets we could park on. Q&A’s indicate parking is on Cromwell Terrace, this is incorrect. House is down a side-street off of a busy cul-de-sac, almost impossible to unload car outside but managed to park just round the corner to do so before moving cars later (you can park without permit between 5pm- 9am).

sofa is broken thick dust above eye level and over bathroom door frame and marks on ceiling and walls around the house but still a good stay just need a touch up for perfect place

The house was really spacious, warm and comfortable. We loved the high ceilings, corner bath and lots of hot water and heating because it was super cold weather. We literally booked on the way over and everything was ready, we received texts with important booking information immediately.
The back steps were very steep, but there was signage to take care.

A lovely property, cosy and well situated for walking around the south cliff. The bed in the back bedroom was super comfortable. The house is tastefully decorated with interesting ephemera. The bath is just awesome and water was always hot. Kitchen is well equipped and is very classy.
The house wasn’t cleaned properly, our puppy unearthed dirty socks from under the sofa and a crisp packet from under the bed. Some of the walls especially upstairs have holes in them. The house’s beautiful ornaments were dusty. The steps down to the back yard space are exceedingly dangerous a hand rail is definitely needed, the yard is spacious but very untidy and we didn’t appreciate having to pick up dog dirt from someone else’s dog ( our Chihuahua puppy definitely doesn’t do ones that size) The front garden was nice but again was marred with other people’s dog waste. The kitchen cupboards could do with a clear out, not a single empty cupboard for food. Also 1 toilet roll for 2 adults is not enough!
