About this apartment rental
A spacious, comfortable newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor of a traditional building, five minutes' walk to the lift for the beach, Scarborough Spa and the famous South Cliff gardens, 12 minutes' walk to the town centre and 30 minutes' walk to Oliver's Mount.
The accommodation occupies the whole top floor with a private lift entrance directly into the flat. Alternatively, you can climb the elegant, sweeping staircase. Three steps from the large living/dining room lead to a private balcony with superb views towards the sea and Oliver's Mount.
There is free parking for one car at the rear of the building and the lift starts on the ground floor at the rear.
This apartment is truly unique with a feeling of great comfort, light and space with excellent views from all the large picture windows and although close to the beach, shops and main resort, the Penthouse is a calm and relaxing place for your getaway break.
Sit back and relax on the high quality leather sofas, listen to your favourite music on Amazon Echo, enjoy a film on the new 55" Smart TV, or go online with free high speed broadband. Cook and entertain in the fully equipped kitchen and dine at the table for six with Mary Poppins-like rooftop views. Take a morning coffee or nightcap as you watch the world go by from the balcony. Refresh in the walk-in shower or soak in the bath tub, and enjoy a great night's sleep in the comfortable king-size or double bed waking to the sound of seagulls.
Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - king size bed. Bedroom 2: one double, one single. Living room - one single folding chair / bed.
All bedding and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
A coffee pod machine with pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar and a cafetiere are provided.

Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay. Thank you Zoe and Peter I’m sure we will book to stay again. Julie and James.

This apartment was everything we could've asked for and more. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay.
A small Sainsburys is around the corner, so easy to stock up on food. Great recommendations for local eateries.
Tea, coffee (including pods), milk, treats including fizz left for us.
It was immaculate, spacious and homely.
Two large bedrooms with comfy beds, storage and seating areas, bathroom with separate shower and bath, open plan living / dining and kitchen with two large sofas and sufficient seating at the dining table.
We are already planning a return visit.
Views over to the castle, Olivers Mount and the sea.
Literally 2 minutes to the Prince of Wales gardens and a few minutes more to the esplanade. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.
Lovely little balcony that looked so pretty at night when the lights came on.
Felt very safe and secure. Lift comes right into the apartment.
Check in was easy.
Excellent communication with owner.
Loved seeing the owners art work and the photo depicting his connection to Scarborough.
