Really nicely presented flat. Close to the beach and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. We did not cook at the flat not many pots for.cooking but was a welcome break from cooking. Enjoyed yhe artwork at the property. Overall a good stay.
The bath was not stable. Overall a good stay apart from that.

We realised we needed a travel cot when we got here and the owner quickly delivered one. The flat was very spacious with a nice modern shower & bath. Beds were very comfortable, lots of towels provided. Nice to have tea & coffee provided. Location was excellent, close to the beach and only 15mins walk to the main strip and town centre. It was easy to get from the flat and drive down to Bridlington and back (literally one road). Free parking was available directly outside. Wi-fi and instructions easily obtainable. There was a tv but unable to connect to the fire tv to be able to stream anything. We liked there were a few sofas to sit on in the living room. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and comfortable. There was an iron and hair dryer provided. Nice kitchen with lots of cutlery/utensils. Even though we didn't use them, there were plenty of books and games provided.
The entrance to the flat was uninviting. It was very shabby and had a damp, musky smell which made us dread what condition the flat would be in. It was a pleasant surprise when we did eventually get into the flat. The lock on the bathroom door, both sink taps and toilet seat were broken. It took us ages to work out how to use the hob and oven. It would have been nice to have a set of instructions. There were signs of water ingress in living room ceiling. It would have been nice to have a dining table, however this was minor as there were 2x coffee tables we could use. The tv could be upgraded to stream from other devices. The door to the flat could have done with a door stop as it was quite heavy to push especially with children and trying to get lugguage/bags in.

Nice bedding. Very spacious flat and great location.
The flat is a bittired. Things are broken especially in the bathroom and need fixing. Carpets need cleaning or replacing.
