We booked for 3 night but left early after the second night the noise from top flat was bad

Overall clean. Well equipped. Near to centre.

Entrance to property needs a good hover. Downstairs residents smoking weed. Bedding has no protectes . On stripping the bed on leaving found stines on mattress. It's not nice to see. .

Close to £8 24 hour car park.. take note.. if you are staying more than one day you would be better paying 24 hours from the morning whatever time you would realistically get out to walk 3 minutes to the car park to give you good time for leaving with all your belongings.... It's also situated close to supermarkets and the town centre and beds were super comfy and more than big enough

Trying to get the key from the box from the key safe because we put the code in then turned the only thing you can turn whilst pulling to no avail! The key safe needs to be updated or better instructions given.

Sunday the property has very thin floors so the noise is an issue especially if you’ve got kids above you and people below you. We stayed on the middle floor. We barely got any sleep. We stayed here for five days. We did complain and they did try and sort it out I’m not one for complaining so I didn’t want to push it But sadly, I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Property is an excellent location. You’re literally up from the shopping precinct it’s a bit dirty and grimy outside although the establishment has tried to do their best

Humble apartment in central location

Good amenities and within walking distance of all main attractions. Beds were very comfy Easy to check in and out

Parking was a little tricky, lots of steep stairs to get to the apartment and when you open the apartment door to go out you just have an immediate drop of stairs, was a little dangerous and difficult to get luggage up and down. Also had very noisy neighbours in the apartment below, you can literally hear everything. No freezer facilities Place could do with a dust in a few places. Shower not powerful enough and difficult to get a consistent temperature.

Pleasant stay

Good location for what we enjoy in Scarborough. Clean, compact apartment with everything you need. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Shower head holder was broken, which made showering an unpleasant experience. Also the door handle of the attic room was broken. We reported this damage on arrival as did not want to be held responsible, but the host & Stay seemed unaware.

Nothing!! It was filthy... Made numerous call and text messages... requested a cleaner... they clean the bits I pointed out, not the apartment as requested. Felt like a really bad episode of 4 in a bed. They refunded £75... I want the rest back! All the reviews we read when we booked were reasonable. When we came back and looked, everyone had said the same . So they obviously knew the issue before we went. We even looked at booking somewhere else... but everything was ridiculously priced, being a bank holiday. Host and Stay, who we booked with were useless too...

All of it! The filthy, the Sex lube and dirty wipes in the bedroom was the topper ... An awful place. AVOID!

Satisfactory but only because we weren’t there much

The beds were comfy , the kitchen was adequate.

3 flights of steep stairs! Hot water took forever to come through. Shower head bracket was broken which made bathing difficult. My grandchildren complained that the flat had a strange smell. Bore no resemblance to the photos on line !!!

3 night stay in Scarborough

A compact appartment highly suitable for a couple. Facilities good, but fridge lacked a freezer area. Initial approach via the back street doesn't look great however location great for the south bay. All in all an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Bed and pillows were a bit soft for our taste.

SHOCKING

-first of all when you walk into the accommodation it stinks of musty oldness, when you get into the apartment the smell is horrific old musty like something has died in there. The smell was so bad we had to go get candle burners to mask the smell. And keep on at all times we were there, that's the only way you could put up with it. It does not go away. You can only open the bedroom windows slightly in the bedroom next to kitchen. The lounge window does not open so can't let any air in and the bathroom window which has bird poo alover when you open the bathroom window it smells so bad of bird poo which is dangerous to inhail and you look onto a courtyard dwelling which is totally covered in pigeon/seagull poo wanted to vomit when opened the window which also had poo allover the outside of it had to close window and keep close as dangerous to inhail. Top floor bedroom window has bird poo on it and then when open birds could poo inside property. No ventilation in property apart from window mentioned that was safe to open in bedroom. -secondly, property was dirty floors dirty rugs filthy stained, sideboards, shelfs not been wiped over the dust was terrible, cooker top filthy, toilet brush left on floor not in brush holder, windows not been cleaned , nothing wiped over properly. The pictures of the property do not show the actual property in its actual rundown old poor state. The only thing that was clean was the bedding. I spent 2 hrs cleaning before I could even try to come to terms with staying in this top floor flat which it actually is. Everything is old rundown and needs updating. -thirdly heating did not work no matter how many times we tried, contacted property, and they just quoted exactly what was in manual. Contacted them again didn't get back to us until second night at 10.50 pm when we were in bed asking if the heating was working. We froze for 2 nights in property with no heating. Nobody coming to sort issue.

We enjoyed Scarborough and just used the flat for sleeping.

It was a very comfortable and well equipped flat

The entrance on the ground floor was dirty there was a bath mat that looked like it had human excrement on!!! There was a glass table that was dirty and the whole place needed a good clean.

There was a really strong smell of 'gone off milk' which was coming from the kitchen. It was really bad....on further inspection we could see spilt milk under the fridge...NEEDS CLEANING PROPERLY !! Would also suggest new fridge as can't store anything in the door - all shelves broken. Bathroom was OK but could maybe do with an upgrade....

1. Situated on a run back street. 2. Next to a pub where there were groups of drunken louts smoking cannabis and swearing loudly 3. No parking 4. Unsafe location, particularly for women on their own 5. The property itself had a musty smell 6. Not cleaned properly 7. No toilet roll 8. Cutlery disgusting 9. Felt ill as there were so many joss sticks and air fresheners aimed at sniffing out the damp smell

Pleasant

The decor and it was in town.

Next door to a pub and located on a busy alley/ walk through. View was the front of maisonettes. The fridge was smelly and had rotten veg from previous occupants. No change of bedding linen, even when I asked domestic/ housekeeper. He informed me that he would bring some at the agreed time of 5 pm on Friday 7th. Never showed up. it's just the little things that can put a dampener on doing a return visit.

Our week away

I liked that it was local to everything we needed. We had a beach 5 minutes away from us, which was really handy as I love a beach. The apartment is comfy and lovely.

I didn't like the fact that the boiler went, we had no hot water for 1 day. Also I'd recommend putting a washing machine in the apartments. For longer stays a washing machine is a must.
