This booking was a birthday break for my son and his GF. Excellent value for money and they would happily stay again

The property is spacious and well located to get around Scarborough on foot

Excellent stay at Parade Apartment - comfortable, spacious and clean.

Overlooked posting a review at the time - have just booked for a further stay later this year. Stayed for a second time to attend the Jazz Festival. Excellent apartment as before - really comfortable and clean and spacious - close to all I want to be do in Scarborough ; Train Station, Stephen Joseph Theatre and about a fifteen minute walk through the town and eating places to the Jazz Venue over the weekend. Sue is an excellent host and looks after the apartments so well - always nice to see her sometime over the stay. Just booked again for this year's Jazz Festival - looking forward to another stay at the apartment and some further great jazz in Scarborough.

Perfect for a parent/couple and a child

The location was brilliant. There was everything that we needed there. There were even lovely touches like a pint of milk, tea and coffee for when we arrived. We were also provided with a parking permit, which was incredibly useful for our stay.

Fabulous Scarborough Apartment

Place was Fantastic in perfect Location to everything to see and do in Scarborough . Apartment was really nice with everything you needed for a really comfortable and great getaway and Hosts couldnt be more Helpful and Friendly if they tried as they were the best Hosts i have had in a very Long Time .

John and Sue made sure everything was Great for our stay so everythig was Great .

The property was bright welcoming and clean. It was well equipped. The bed was comfy. Free parking was a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Superb stay - will definately be coming again, health permitting.

This time we had a flat in the main house, which was excellent, plenty of room, good size bathroom, bedroom a good size and the kitchen was in the lounge area which was good. Laundry facilities also available.We used as wheelchair kindly supplied due to limited mobility of spouse.

The Apartment was super clean, spacious, and cosy! Sue & John were very accommodating, with exceptional communication :)

The street isn't the best (run down/noisy at times).. However, this definitely wouldn't stop us returning; as we really did love the apartment :)

A very pleasant place to stay, My wife, son, and I, enjoyed our time while we were there.

The location is very close to the town 5-minute walk. The apartment was better than we expected for the amount we paid, it was nice and clean, the beds were very comfy. And the layout of the apartment was really good, the kitchen area had everything that you needed.

Lovely stay.

Had a lovely weekend stay here, we used it for Oliver’s Mount racing but it is also very convenient for the town centre and train station, nice spacious and clean flat and great service and communication with the owner, it served us perfectly. We will be back.

The location was perfect very close to train station and center of town the property was very clean and comfortable and the Host Sue and John are fantastic and very helpful

The parking at the property can be challenging but there is parking at this train station two minutes walk away

Just what I was looking for, surpassed even the high expectations I had, based on the many positive reviews.

Ideally located for train station, shopping facilities and seafront. A beautiful apartment in a pleasantly quiet street, very nicely fitted out and furnished, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Good communication with the owners - not too much, just enough.

this stay at parade holiday flats is our third. as always home comforts, lots of room and comfortable beds. also milk and teabags and coffee for the cuppa we were well ready for after travelling.

Brilliant and great value for money!

Upon arrival the property was very clean and cosy, it had everything you could ever need. Sue and John was also lovely and kept in contact during our stay, will definitely be returning!

Lovely warm apartment, perfect for a couple of nights away, easy parking, great location.

Location- walking distance to town, sea front, restaurants and cafes, sainsburys 5 mins walk away, easy check in/out, good communication from hosts, lovely quiet street, apartment well equipped, chargeable communal washing machine if needed, easy parking opposite the apartment with permit provided (this was in Feb, peak times may be trickier)

If I was staying a week or so with all my family, I think I would have liked a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat, but staying only a couple of nights, this was not an issue at all.

This place is ideally situated within walking distance of the town and beach. It has everything one would need for a stay for a few days, just like home. The hostess was friendly and communicated well.

Hidden Gem

Excellent apartment, in a great location, hidden Gem, our hosts were brilliant too.

Only negative for me was the steps down to the property but that's because I have a disability, I was scared of falling in the dark. It would benefit from a light of some kind too, just to see the lock on the door in the dark.
