The location. The space.
The steps, there were steps outside to get to the front door with no hand rail. There is then a further 3 sets of stairs once inside. The steepest of the steps doesn't have a handrail so we decided not to use the top floor for our own safety. Maybe ok for younger guests but definitely not suitable for older guests and had I known about all the steps would not have made the booking.
